when i had arrived at Paul’s just a few minutes after close 😬.I really surprised to have such a warm welcome in shop,Everyone was so friendly and the food was outstanding, got to say best fish and chips I’ve had for long time!!!! Thank you very much. Will definitely be coming back 😁

We ordered 4 portions of fish and chips and it literally took less than 5 minutes to be ready. That means no unnecessary wait time. The fish and chips is heavenly. Well made. I had salt and vinegar sprinkled on mine. Pleasant staff.

Excellent fish and chips, and a wide range of other products. Staff always happy to help, and cleanliness impressive for such a busy fast food establishment.

Always reliably good quality fish and chips. There is a far wider menu, but I have never felt the need to deviate from the standards. The chips are great! (Maris Piper if I am not mistaken. What a dull man I am 😀)

11/10 Amazing food, generous portions, reasonably priced and the staff were outstanding.

Popped in for lunch as I was in the area, I got the Chicken Strips, a cone of chips with salt and vinegar plus a pot of gravy. There were a few customers in but no one had to wait at all really. The food was still hot by the time I got to Otterbourne to eat it! Highly recommended!!

I pre-ordered a large amount of food online for a GirlGuiding event and everything went seamlessly! The order was ready on time despite being busy. All the food was hot and delicious. And to top it off all the boxes were labelled and packed amazingly!! 5 ⭐ all round- would reccommend to anyone!

Extremely impressed with the protective measures introduced. Raised the click and collect last night turned up dead on the collect time. Read my unique number and was passed my order from under a screen, all packed in a large bag and piping hot. Was there and back in 5mins. The food as always was fantastic! Great job

ordered and paid by mistake to them instead of my local 160 miles away. Very polite and accommodating and refunded, will definitely look them up next time i am that way.Silly me 😱

Once or twice a month I order to collect from Paul’s Plaice and it’s always superb. Just had haddock and chips today and it was the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Crispy fluffy chips, light crispy batter on perfectly cooked fish. Highly recommend

Really couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s super easy to order with them offering both an online ordering system and in person. The food is always lovely and warm and of course, delicious.

Good value and masses of chips with your family meal. Too many to eat, but great the next day when perked up in the air fryer!

The whole team here are so friendly and helpful it’s always great to see them. Not only that but the food is so brilliant and freshly cooked. No wonder they have recently won best fish and chip shop in Hampshire. Unbelievable ability to serve so many people so efficiently. Brilliant job guys.
