The Old Forge Tea Room Hambledon.

Super gorgeous yea room situated in the beautiful village of Hambledon. The staff where so friendly and welcoming. Visited with my sister and her 9 month old baby. They were great with accommodating him. The tea room is quite dainty and small, we visited lunch time on a weekday and there was plenty of tables. Lunch option available like soups and sarnies as well as a very well stocked cake selection! Facility’s where clean and spacious. No allocated parking which means you have to park on road which was ok for us but I can imagine can get busy at weekend. A little gem of a cafe and will 100% be back!

Cannot fault the service, the staff are hospitable, friendly and attentive but not "in your face".

We had an afternoon tea which was delicious. We could not finish it (but they are used to that) and offered containers to take it home.

Found by chance. Lovely little tearoom. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Dog friendly. Lunch was amazing with a decent salad on the side - not just a few leaves. Coffee was really good too. We will have to return to try the mouth watering cakes on display.

What an amazing tea room. I wanted somewhere different for mums birthday lunch and found this little gem. I pre-booked easily via email and would recommend doing so as it appears to be very popular. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and there was even a birthday balloon/flowers by our table. There was a good selection of lunchtime dishes to choose from and we enjoyed the freshest paninis, served with a generous side salad and crisps that all tasted fab and filled our bellies. There was a large selection of cakes and the berry sponge was thoroughly enjoyed. We found the tearoom very clean and tidy and the prices to be very reasonable. Parking was along the nearby road which could get filled at busy times. Even though I didn't have my pooch today, dogs were very welcome.
I enjoyed a lovely afternoon and will certainly come back again bringing the husband and pooch with me.

All the staff are so lovely and welcoming. I can't get enough of the sandwiches and they are so generous with the portion.

The cakes there are amazing as well!

I also recommend their high tea and I promise you will be coming out with a doggy bag because you'll be so full.

Stopped here a few times now whilst out on my motorbike exploring the country lanes.
The place is always busy with walkers, cyclists and motorbike explorers.
The food and service is always exceptional, especially the full English breakfast.
The toasted sandwiches are also very good as are the selection of cakes.

What an amazing little find. Great sandwiches and cakes. Staff are fantastic and VERY doggy friendly ... Perfect with so many local walks. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely coffee shop. Perfect place to stop on the bike. Just outside the village in the valley. Will come again with fellow riders.

The Old Forge Tea Rooms is superbly located in the pretty little village of Hambledon. Nestled deep in the South Downs National Park its the perfect stop for anyone out on a ride in the beautiful countryside. So many quaint little villages in this area and stunning views.

Excellent quality coffee, delicious cream teas and a fabulous selection of cakes. Good music and a warm welcoming vibe.

Friendly staff, really nice food and a wide range of panini, sandwiches and cakes. Montecristo sandwich is a must. Delicious milshakes. Bit slow service though, but still deserves its five stars

Really enjoyed our pit-stop here following walk from Soberton. Good selection of sandwiches and cakes, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Definitely be back

Fabulous tea room! - broad selection of hot and cold drinks, impressive array of delicious homemade cakes, flapjacks etc. plus an inviting lunch menu all served by super friendly staff. Seating indoors and outdoors, and the cleanest toilet you could wish for!

Omg what a little gem I found this today with my granddaughter wonderful food fantastic friendly service the waitress went above and beyond so friendly and helpful can't wait to come back

The Old Forge Tea Room is great motivation to finish a trail run / cycle around the Hambledon area. The food and staff have always been great.
