Lovely location with beautiful views of the Welsh countryside. The owners are very professional and make you feel welcomed. We stayed one night to break up the long journey to Tenby, and it was well worth it. Family friendly, pet friendly, very clean plots, pristine grass areas. If you're planning a trip it's worth a stop at this wonderful site.

Amazing place would fully recommend this dog friendly and adult only site.
Very friendly, welcoming staff.
Facilities fully serviced and cleaned daily with full wet rooms and additional toilets.
Our pitch was level, but other pitches may require ramps all electric hookups, all had water supply and waste pipes too.
I would thoroughly recommend this site for a quiet weekend away in beautiful surroundings and will most definitely recommend to our friends and return many times I'm sure in the future 😉❤

Our stay exceeded expectation. Very quiet campsite with a community feel. Stunning views from our pod. Pods themselves are incredibly well made, very comfortable for a night or 2's getaway. The whole site is very well kept, particularly the toilets, shower rooms and washing areas. We were particularly impressed there was never crowds or queues for these facilities, even on a fully booked bank holiday weekend. Will almost certainly return just to get away from it all.

We have only been here 2 hours, and am confident that this site is 5 stars! Very spacious pitches, each has two paving stones to put the caravan wheels on which are perfectly level, so no wheel ramps required! Extremely clean, very quiet and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to 10 days of peace! 👍

It exceeded my expectations. Surrounded by beautiful scenery. You can only hear chirping birds. Well maintained camping site, very clean. Has laundry room, very nice showers and toilets, washing up sinks. Outside the pod is a bench and a grill. Our pod was warm. Every pod has foldable, comfortable mattress.

Another peaceful and tidy caravan site, as listed in the Tranquil Parks booklet of adults-only sites. There are 3 separate areas to the park, so slightly larger than our average ones, but the high laurel hedges between areas keep it feeling secluded and intimate still. A lot of pitches are on a slight slope, so be prepared to use wheel chocks for motorhomes as they may slope across the length and width of the pitch. We managed fine with the caravan just letting the jockey wheel down and then the legs down more at one end.
It was very quiet at the start of the week, and even a lot of those caravans there are left empty through the week on seasonal pitches. Some reviews said these caravans left there looked messy, but I can't say I thought that, although the abandoned solar lights left on these were a little annoying flickering away all through the night. There are often rules about no noise after a certain time- this should apply to flashing lights too.
The grass and bushes were well tendered through the week, even the 'fairways' on the little 9-hole putting green, which was a fun addition. Staff were often busy gardening, cleaning the toilets etc and looking after any maintenance issues, as well as being friendly and approachable for any queries.
The DVD and book library was pretty well stocked, although we managed to stream most TV through mobile signal (iD Mobile or anything on '3' network seemed the best at about 60 mbps, EE 5-10 mbps, O2 and Vodafone negligible signal only enough for basic browsing, messaging and calls). The free WiFi in the park has a fair usage (i.e. not for streaming, just basic connection to keep at least some signal available for everyone, rather than hogging it all streaming). There are TV connections on some pitches and cables to borrow from reception, although the signal varied from day to day and some days had nothing.
The multiple, individual, unisex shower rooms with sinks and toilets in them were OK. There were plenty of these, and not roasting hot like saunas as they are on some sites. These are closest to the Camlad pitches. They are also kept clean daily.
The dog walk was quite handy if your dog likes to run off the lead. It's a 200 metre straight stretch at the bottom of the park, with bushes on one side and fence on the other. The only trouble is that the 2 gates (1 at each end) are set back from the straight stretch, so although you can see the other end, you can't see if the other gate is closed or if someone brings another dog in. It's not that bad with 2 of you, if one stands at each end to check for other dogs coming. The fences by the gates are also only 3 feet high, despite the posts being 5 feet high, so larger dogs could jump that if they wish.
Overall it was a pleasant site that we would happily return to again

One of the Tranquil Sites. Excellent serviced pitches and sanitary facilities which are all self-contained wet rooms. Helpful friendly staff. Close to Welshpool and Powis Castle

Great location, loved the shower facilities, all in one. Fabulous views.
Need to update website as it says meals available Wednesday & Friday, but when we arrived they only do Fridays.
Metered electric, great dog field.

Lovely site, peaceful and tranquil. Stayed in one of the pods, basic but a good switch off from the world. Facilities were clean, tidy and warm. Site staff were welcoming. Would recommend to others and return again.

Bit disappointed by the dog walk thought the area would be bigger, but the lodges were nice and comfortable, we ended up staying an extra 2 weeks,on top of our 1st week, we used it as a base for house hunting. There was road noise but didn't bother us at night.

A really quiet, beautifully maintained site. We were given a warm welcome and were upgraded to pitch M3. Advised to drive nose in and wow what a view! Lovely hot showers. We stayed 2 nights but hope to be back for longer next time.

We are fairly new to caravan holidays and had a bit of a mediocre experience at the last site we booked.
We therefore decided to go upmarket and plump for a site with good reviews and top notch facilities. We weren't disappointed.......
Daisy Bank is a truly lovely site, its well maintained and managed by friendly and helpful people.
We booked fairly late and were lucky to be allocated a pitch on the Kerry section of the site over the bank holiday weekend which had wonderful views over the valley.
The whole site is very well maintained and extremely clean and tidy. The toilet and shower facilities are excellent with plenty of hot water and appeared to be cleaned on a regular basis. The Elsan points are really clean and the recycling areas are well marked and away from the pitches.
Its a short drive into Bishops Castle (Shropshire) which has some fabulous pubs and decent eateries and is the starting point for some lovely walks.
We will definitely be returning to this peaceful and tranquil site.

Nothing at all to dislike about this site. From arriving we was meet by a pleasant man who showed us to our pitch. All staff we meet was nothing but polite and friendly. Campsite was well looked after very tidy. Showers and toilets was clean had everything you need in them. WiFi was brilliant. Dog walk was great had a beautiful view while you were. walking. A good size co-op just 5 minutes down the road with a good range of food and other stuff. Also a butchers inside. Definitely will be going back x

We stayed in one of the pods on site and it was a perfect experience. Quiet, and stunning view of wheatfields and hills from the pod deck. Staff were so friendly, facilities clean and you have access to a private shower, toilet and basin. There is a shop on site with all the essentials and you can order food on some nights too. Blown away by the beauty of the surrounding areas, every way you look. Bishops castle an 8 min drive away with pubs and restaurants and a really cool quirky little town. All well worth it and at a very reasonable price, we will be back as soon as possible!

Just got back from a bank holiday weekend stay. Arrival was perfect we were taken straight to our pitch, Kerry 28 the man was very friendly, he sanitised the pitch utilities and recommended we pitch towards the view but it was up to us. The pitch was perfect and very spacious. Views were amazing, toilets and recycling area cleaned regularly, lovely little dog walk and ice cream from the shop made by the farm was gorgeous. Definitely be coming back, thank you Daisy Bank!
