Premier Inn Lichfield North East (A38) hotel

Stayed 29.1.24 Room very clean, crisp cotton bedding. Staff friendly , no food but provided cereals/ instant porridge etc. for breakfast for a £1 donation to Mind (Charity). Would recommend.

Came down to visit the national arboretum and the hotel is only a couple of miles from it, staff were very friendly and helpful also not to far from Lichfield town centre

Staff were very friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. The room are clean however dated and I have to admit the smaller TV I have seen for a while. The onsite restaurant is close but staffs did give us a leaflet on where the closer restaurant/pub for breakfast and evening. It not a fancy hotel with bell and whistle but a comfy place to rest. The one thing I very impress is the helpful information leaflet which contains name of who was on housekeeping, reception and night. Credit to behind the scene show team work. There is ongoing roadworks but did not affect my sleep.

A large group of us have stayed at this hotel every year for the last 6 Bearded Theory Festivals. The staff are always amazing - helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel may be getting a little dated now but the room was immaculately clean, comfortable and, for the price, very good value for money. It was a little disappointing that the pub next door had closed but we were given a number of recommendations by the staff for breakfasts locally and the one we used everyday (Café 8 in Fradley, just 5 mins from the hotel) was BRILLIANT! We'll all see you next year :-)

Very clean and well kept hotel. Staff very friendly.

Lovely atmosphere, nice clean rooms, polite and pleasant staff .
You do get what you pay for, yes it's tired, yes it needs updating a little, and pub next door is atrocious, not Premier fault. But on the whole a pleasant experience, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

On a cycle tour and the staff were so kind and helpful

Have a lovely stay here for 2 days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus to my surprise I received a bottle of Prosecco and a box of maltesers ❤. I would definitely recommend.

Great room, comfy beds, but no hot breakfast available but there are porridge pots for sale at the front desk

Was travelling by to alton towers when we needed a toilet break so popped into here staff were lovely and friendly and helped us and our children. Friendly atmosphere and staff thanks again 😀

Really friendly, lovely, helpful staff. Clean, tidy and decent breakfast next door. Walls made of tissue paper, fantastic beds but pillows stuffed with 3 sheets of newspaper. Much better than I expected for the price, can't fault it

Very nice hotel with plenty of parking in a great location. Room was very clean and bed was comfy. There were COVID issues with the attached restaurant but I was always kept informed and reimbursed where breakfast could not be provided. Would recommend.

Great welcome from reception staff when arrived. Due to weather, the room was far too hot so didn't get much rest on first evening. Weather was cooler in the 2nd night so had better rest. Beds and facilities were good and comfortable. There had been comments about the road noise but although we stayed in a room facing the main road, road noise wasn't audible at night, but definitely more noticeable in the mornings.

I was so lucky the staff I had completed my experience. Friendly smiling so polite. The room was beautiful and clean . Hot shower in the evening and morning . And my breakfast was just what the doctor ordered . Perfect stay in every way .
