Rosie’s Hounds at Heart - Heart of the Country Village Lichfield

Took my dog here the other week and received the best service from the girls there. My cockerpoo called Gary came out smelling and looking amazing! They did such a good job I was so pleased. Will definitely be booking back in with them, great groomers!

Had two grooms here and have been faultless both times. Explained how my puppy would have his first groom, and how he did. They looked after him really well so that he wasn’t scared at all. Came out looking gorgeous both times! Happy to keep using in the future

Took my puppy Harry to Rosie’s, such a lovely experience! The staff took so much care of him as he is anxious at the groomers. Came out looking and smelling beautiful :)

We take our Pug Percy for his monthly groom at Rosie's and they are amazing with him. He was super nervous at his first groom but now he loves it. The girls are always so good and take lots of photos for me too. The shop is brilliant with lots of beautiful things for humans and dogs 🐶

We have taken both our dogs to hounds at heart now. It is fantastic we were ask clearly what we wanted and this was followed. The dogs looked great after their grooming and were relaxed and happy. One of our dogs had a bad experience at a previous groomers so we were a little nervous. We need not have been at the staff were amazing. Will be using from now on.

We have recently started taking our dachshund, Olive, to Rosie’s Hounds at Heart. She is extremely nervous when it comes to having her claws done and the girls couldn’t be any kinder and patient with Olive, they treat her like she is one of their own. I always feel comfortable that I am leaving my little girl in caring hands.

Took my sharpei Ethel to have a groom here today and the service was amazing, she was a little nervous at first but the staff were brilliant with her! By the time we picked her up an hour later she was much more comfortable with her surroundings and we could tell the staff had made a fantastic effort with her. They asked about hypoallergenic shampoos and skin issues so we're attentive to her breed. Honestly could not recommend enough, what a brilliant place! Plus the range of toys, collars and dog snacks is really amazing.

Been taking my Jack-a-poo to Rosie's shops for his groom for months, had excellent service on all occasions. Been at both Swinfen and Lichfield. Would highly recommend either one, all the staff are really friendly and do exactly what you ask for. My dog loves his visits to Rosie's.

I've taken my eight month old puppy here three times now. First, for 2 puppy grooms and yesterday for his first cut. I was absolutely dreading it, and was so worried, but Julie and Sadie put me at complete ease and did an incredible job. They understood my worry and talked me through everything to help for next time. He looks absolutely wonderful and I will never take him anywhere but to Sadie and the team. Thank you guys!

Incredibly friendly staff in a lovely facility. I take my shorthaired dog for a bath every once in a while. They offer a 'full works' package which includes a nail trim, ear and teeth clean and a complementary bandanna! She always leaves looking and smelling gorgeous. She can be a sensitive soul and is happy to go back every time so I know they must look after her well. Will certainly continue to use and recommend to everyone I know!

Willow looked absolutely stunning today when I collected her after a full groom. The staff are so warm, loving and caring towards her and go the extra mile to make sure she is happy as she is shy. Lots of hugs and cuddles and kisses. I absolutely love the decor and the shop has so many unique and beautiful items in that you can't buy from the standard pet shops.

We have taken our labradoodle puppy to Rosie's Hounds at Heart twice for a puppy pamper to get him used to being groomed and we absolutely love them there! Everyone makes you feel at ease leaving your puppy in their capable hands. Our puppy absolutely loves going and comes out smelling and looking gorgeous. The shop is brilliant - they have such lovely and good quality products. Would definately recommend... and cannot wait for the next puppy pamper!

Gorgeous little bespoke shop offering a wide range of products for your furry loves ones. Love that I got to take my dog in for a wonder round too on his birthday, even managing to get a doggie muffin (woofin). Will definitely be returning. 😍👌

Fantastic place , Rosie allways goes out of her way to makes you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for her. A really friendly atmosphere and her love of dogs is plain to see to all.

Wonderful job with my puppy during both his puppy pamper sessions! He came out spotless, smelling gorgeous, trimmed and most importantly, nice and chilled! Will be back soon!
