Glan-y-Bala Holidays

We stayed here recently for 2 nights and found it to be clean and extremely comfortable.
We especially loved the comfortable bed and the fact that it was so quiet at night-time. Richard ensured we had all we needed. Good access to the town centre and Snowdon path.

We had a great stay during a wedding in Llanberis. The rooms in the coach house were clean and spacious and the surroundings were beautiful. Richard was a wonderful host. We highly recommend staying at Glan-y-Bala!

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and quiet with lovely views overlooking Llyn Padarn. Also right next to the Slate Musem which is well worth a visit.

Had a lovely stay here. There is a large appartment, a one bedroomed appartment, the couch house cottage and a caravan. All have beautiful views. Ideal for walking, water sports or just relaxing. It overlooks Llyn Padarn and Dolbadarn Castle and is a 10 minute walk into Llanberis over the river and across the meadow. Ideal for Snowdonia mountains or touring the area. The host was friendly and very helpful.

Firstly, Richard was great to deal with, so friendly, welcoming and helpful, couldn't ask for better service.

The place was quite easy to find even though it was secluded slightly from LLanberis town (which is what we loved!!). It was very peaceful (until we arrived) and very beautiful. If you wanted to go into LLanberis it was just a five minute walk, what more could you ask for. Also, a stones throw away if you wanted to venture up Mount Snowdon, the railway is a five minute walk and the LLanberis path is literally about a 10 minute walk to get to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Glan-Y-Bala and we will definitely book this accommodation again at some point in the future.

Such a great place, had a nice fire in the evenings and such friendly and welcoming owners. Even had balloons,cake,and ice cream for dad's belated birthday. The only downside is wifi at the kitchen door only.

Had a great 3 days at Glan-y-Bala coach house. Richard was a very welcoming host. We will definitely be back in the near future
