Lovely cafe. Only small (5 tables inside, 4 tables outside ) but plenty of choice of cakes !

Massive portion of Bakewell Tart which was really moist and a good sized slice of carrot cake plus a pot of tea and large latte was under £13!! Incredible!

Really friendly staff. The young girl was really on the ball with knowing the ingredients of the cakes for my food allergy.

A little further down the main road than the others (the Barnard Castle end) . Plenty of parking nearby. Nice outlook over the green.

It is small but it was very clean, the food was good and obviously it is very popular with the locals - always a good sign! In fact,whilst we were deciding whether to go in or not, a chap walking past shouted he would highly recommend it! So would I. Thank you!

The Brie bacon cranberry panini (+extra chicken) .. little side salad.. a crescent of crisps.. one of the best meals I ever had in my life. Simple as. Thanks chef

We called in here for a breakfast roll & a cuppa and were not disappointed. Plenty of choice and all the ingredients were absolutely top drawer. Very happy and a bit of a bargain too - well worth a visit if you're passing. Very motorcyclist friendly too.

We had take out from Kaylee’s cafe today and I must say it was delicious the food is amazing the service was lovely and very friendly 10/10 we will definitely be going again. I can recommend the smores brownies they are very delicious.

Very friendly, even when we stayed until closing. Lovely homemade cakes. We didn’t eat, but the menu looked delicious.

Brilliant cafe! Staff are super friendly! Everything is delicious, especially the home made cakes.

Stopped off here for a beakfast roll & a coffee. What a cracking sandwich ! It set me up for the day & the coffee was superb too - heartily recommended.

Had homemade soup and tea. Brought Benji the dog, which was very welcome and he had fresh water brought to him with a dog treat.

Lovely people, great food and good prices. We'll definitely be visiting again.

Visited for the first time today - great cafe and bakery!

I wasn't in for long as I took the cake to go. Staff were lovely though very good customer service. I had the apple crumble tart. Dropped a star because even though it was the perfect combination of apple to crumble to tart it could have been a bit sweeter for me. I still eat it all.
