Authentic local Welsh bar with outside courtyard. Staff were friendly. Manager organised and welcoming. Wonderful outside catering ( that was delicious caribbean food) on the day of our visit. The views are of course stunning from this location. Don't go as a haughty tourist, but rather as a humble, respectful visitor and you'll have a good time ( and perhaps have an added treat of listening to a live local band, in Welsh).

Went for drinks of the evening after climbing Mount Snowdon. Fantastic place with a lively atmosphere and friendly locals. Would highly recommend.

Great community pub, very welcoming and great selection of larger's and bitters. Right next to the lake, definitely worth a look.

Very friendly staff - and big screen for live sports asked to play some cricket and although they were not watching kind enough to switch the channel
