Absolutely amazing food. Portion sizes were huge, even the children's meal arrived in the same size bowl as the adults. Staff were wonderful. Cheesy Garlic bread which I didn't photo was sooo cheesy and delicious. Photos show Vegetarian Lasagne, Children's Sausage Mash Peas Gravy and Philly Cheese Steak. We were a large party of 10 and the food came quickly. Two of our party had the pie which had the fluffiest pastry I've ever seen and they didn't stinge on meat filling. Can't recommend more highly.

Quality little find 10/10 very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and food was unreal. After Watkins Path to the summit, we were famished!!! Such good value also, plenty of free parking out back. Highly recommended.

Didn't book and they made room for us right away.
Staff were friendly and attentive.
Food was served quickly.
The menu had a lot of your standard pub grub items along with several other exiting meals.
The food was brilliant. Huge portions and cooked really well. Not often you get a mixed grill where the steak is actually really good!
Kids meals were reasonably priced and massive.
We will be back next time we're in Snowdonia.

Called in this evening in our Campervan although we never stayed overnight thought we’d check it out. Idyllic location and the pub has decent parking to overnight. The beer and food is great and so is the service the staff are really friendly and helpful. Will be a regular as we have a seasonal pitch nearby and will stopover and have a few additional drinks highly recommend

We had a grwat early dinner on the most recent bank holiday weekend. The staff were very friendly and where happy to talk to my kids in welsh and answer their many questions. The food was fantastic so much so we tried to come back the follwing day but they were fully booked

Food was very generous portions and great for post hike warming comfort! The staff were really friendly and went above and beyond. Me and my brother came in soaking and clearly quite cold and she told us the best spots to sit at to be warm and came and got us when a space by the fire warmed up! Thank you was a very lovely evening here 😁

The best gammon egg and chips I've ever eaten!! Lamb rogan josh melted in the mouth!
Portion sizes generous too and we were served really quickly!
Very impressed... just what we needed after a 20km mountain hike... highly recommended!

Found this lovely little pub while on holiday. Great food and staff..... very dog friendly too.... even serving dog dinners.
Highly recommend and if we were local we would definitely be back again

Just popped in for a pint, wish we had stopped for food, as on our way back through Bethesda there was only a kabab shop offering food... so bear in mind if you're hungry.

Cracking pub-frankly better than anything Llanberis has to offer and well worth the 30 minute walk. The steak pie was awesome! Staff were all super friendly and very cosy vibes.

We stayed here over night in our motorhome. We had a lovely meal.it gets a very busy place come early evening.They have a nice seating area to the side of the pub and the views are amazing. There is a beautiful walk from the back of the car park. Will be going back some time soon

Cosy place with real fire. Welcoming and pleasant hostess. Great value Sunday roast. It has been served in heeps and a "Yorkshire pud" was most delicious ever. Tasty vegeterian sausages. We have taken half with us and also have fed a cheeky dog some leftover cooked carrots 😁🐶

I love this pub ! I come here every time i climb snowdon. Great food with really generous portions. great local ales .

Came to the Vaynol Arms after a long day walking up and down Snowdon. Llanberis was very busy and fully booked so this seemed like a better option. Food was very tasty and we sat outside with a beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks for a lovely evening 😎

Myself, family and friends visited this place for a Sunday Lunch. OMG!! We felt spoilt. Food was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely be returning..❤

Just had the Philly Steak and the Chicken Waffle burger and they were both beautiful.
Huge portions and well priced.
I highly recommend.

Had an overnight stay here the other night in our motorhome.
The lady behind the bar, assume to be the owner, very friendly and welcoming. Ordered the Vaynol Burger....now I have a big appetite and am normally disappointed when I eat out BUT this didn't dissapoint. Fantastic and tasty to boot. In addition the blonde Robinsons beer was good to take.
All in all wonderful and thankyou forvletting us stay in your car park.

Great 'local' atmosphere, with plenty of families and holidaymakers too.

Traditional old pub, ales taste great and good quality massive portions.

Warm and welcoming with open fires seemingly in all corners.
