Electric Mountain Car Park

We arrived at 2am to climb up Snowdon. It was really quiet so easy to get parked and it’s also really close (about 10 minutes to the easiest route). It cost us about £8 for 24 hours which was perfect as we ended up staying in the village after the hike to grab breakfast.

Good car park, cheaper and more customisable than the other car parks closer to the station.

Great place to park if you are hiking Snowdon especially in the night time!

It was free when we went (03/04/2024) due to the machine not being operational, BUT new payment information signs were being erected so I suspect it won't be free after today!

Parked here for a walk up Snowdon and it is not too far from the start of the climb in Llanberis. At the time the parking charges were suspended which made it even better

Great car park for visiting local area and easy reach of Snowdon rail station and walking route.

Payment machine was broken so free parking all day.

Fairly big car park you can get 30 minutes free and reasonably priced.

Spacious and empty when we went. Payment machine wasn't working.

Llanberis is a nice place to visit.

Très bon parking pour faire Snowdonia. Si vous allez faire la visite en train ou si vous faites la randonnée, venez vous garer ici. C'est pas loin du site du train et c'est bien moins cher qu'ailleurs. Il y a de quoi recharger des voitures. Je recommande ce parking bien entretenu. On peut payer par carte !

EV charging, don't use the company app use Electroverse (if you have it) they charge £1 kWh on Cleanergy or £0.48p kWh on Electroverse. Car park has ANPR installed £1 per HR charge. Must use parking machines and buy ticket for stay. Lots of space

Arrived early for the sprint race so there was enough parking available. The ticket machine was taking its time to process the payment. It would be hood if we could have the cash option too.

Great location to park for lake access, lake train, Snowdon train or just hiking up Snowdon. Card payment machines.

Please do not park here. I'd heard of a nice place for lunch in the town. I parked here for 2 hours. I came back after 1 and a half hours. Walked my dog around the grounds and got in my car and figured out where to go next. When I arrived I got out my car and paid straight away, my bank shows me paying at 14:18:28 and they say it was 14:08:28. Apparently I overstayed by 20 minutes. But it looks like they rig their times to be 10 minutes out each way. I was back at the car park well within time, I did sit in the car to figure out on the sat Nav where to go from there but I didn't think I overstayed my time. The initial letter said I didn't pay. When I proved I did they said I overstayed. Absolute SCAM. I'm crushed as I don't have a lot of money to pay this when I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on this company and shame on the institutions that allow this to happen that don't protect people from sharks like this. Please please don't park here I don't want this terrible company to prey on anyone else. There's no telephone number so you can't speak to anyone and there's no one to report them to.
