Enhance Sports Therapy

I recently visited Michelle at Enhance Sports Therapy for an IT band injury that I had been trying to self-manage for a month. From the moment I met Michelle, I knew I was in good hands. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack for explaining things in a way that is both simple and easy to understand.
In just 2-3 biweekly sessions, I was back to running without pain. During my first session, Michelle provided me with 3-4 stretches, clearly explaining how each one would help address my injury. As I progressed, she adapted the stretches to make them more advanced or offered alternatives when I struggled, always ensuring they targeted the same areas.

One thing I particularly appreciate is that after each session, Michelle sends a personalised PDF with detailed instructions on the stretches and exercises to do at home. It’s incredibly helpful to have everything laid out so clearly, ensuring I’m doing everything correctly.

Michelle also has great chat, making the appointments enjoyable rather than a chore. The clinic itself is in a convenient and easily accessible location, which makes the whole experience even better.
I cannot recommend Michelle enough! Her expertise, friendly demeanor, and personalised approach have made a significant difference in my recovery, and I will definitely continue to see her for any future sports massage needs.

I generally expect a sports massage to be painful but this wasn't at all, and it still helped very achy neck/ shoulders, I'd happily recommend Michelle.

Michelle was really friendly and took the time to listen to my problems with reoccurring injuries.

Michelle also shows her expertise by focusing on a few key exercises for you to perform to help your injury. This is so refreshing and maintainable after seeing many physios over the years who give you about 20 exercises (where some seem pointless), that take ages to complete and ends up becoming a chore.

I can certainly say I will return with any further niggles or injuries I obtain.
