Absolutely wonderful vegan cafe in Llanberis. We’re vegan and ended up coming here multiple times during our trip to the area. Everything we had was great - the croissant, bagel, muffin, cinnamon roll, and granola and yogurt pot. The staff are very sweet and great to talk to. Highly recommend!

Best coffee in North Wales....by far!!
If i want to make my girlfriends day, i just say 'Cinnamon swirl' then off we go, their savory bites are amazing too.
I would recommend a visit....unless you're a Karen or David...then no, not for you, stick to St@@@@ucks, take your entitlement there instead

Fantastic service with a smile and lovely atmosphere with colourful interior decor a cosy sofa by the window and relaxing music in the background. We had a filling and taste-bud tickling vegan lunch after a hike: croissants, latte, soup and the best NY style bagel I have ever tasted. They also sell a few coffee-related items like coffee drippers and espresso pots. We managed to park right outside the cafe which was a bonus. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to support an ethical business.

The cinnamon swirls alone are worth seeking this place out and I can't recommend them highly enough! but the coffee just makes them better.

Amazing vegan cafe!!! Friendly staff, lovely relaxed atmosphere, delicious coffee and food. The very funky decor is a bonus. My second time visiting, and was sad to see that they weren't open one morning when I had hoped to visit for a third time! Will definitely be back next time I visit.

Stopped off for a hot chocolate on a cold January morning and the service was top notch, the hot chocolate was excellent and the cinnamon swirl was to die for. We will definitely be returning next time we are in town. A wonderful Vegan cafe.

Always a warm welcome at Frân. We make a point to come here whenever we’re in Llanberis cause the food is so good and the owners are so friendly! They have a great knowledge of coffee too and only serve the good stuff. We always go for a sandwich and an oat cappuccino and are never disappointed! The best bit is it’s all plant based! Winner 👍

Beautiful little place with stunning food, and staff! Soup was amazing and Abi went out of her way to deliver my cinnamon pastries which I did indeed enjoy….. tried to visit again while I was in the area but missed the opening days…. Next time :-)))

Some of the kindest and most welcoming staff and service in the village. The food and drinks are all absolutely fantastic and you can tell they are all made with a lot of thought and time. The atmosphere is fantastic and if your ever visiting Llanberis, this is a MUST stop if spot.

As a vegan of 6 years I've tried all sorts of monstrosities from numerous vegan outfits.
FRÂN LAS isn't on that list.
Infact, from walking in to leaving I felt cared for by the staff who could not do enough to make sure I had what I wanted and needed.
Big shout out to Abigail who knew after 5 seconds of meeting me that I needed a cortado and a cinnamon roll without me breathing a word.

Great little independent coffee shop with snacks. Staff friendly. Dogs welcome. Coffee amazing. Think it vegan, but you wouldn’t necessarily notice. Looks to be called Hard Lines now.

Me and my partner nipped in for a drink and some cake today. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and the cake was one of the best I have ever had. According to my partner the coffee is top notch as well. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely be returning multiple times.

Came here for a small stop before heading to the National Slate Museum which is only 4 mins away by car.

We both had the homemade soup and one fresh apple juice. The soup was lovely, and the bread was fresh. We spent £19.50 for both meals and the drink, which was money well spent for the quality. Staff were polite and helpful, music playing low created a good vibe.

After then seeing all the glowing reviews about the coffee on here, I then had to order an espresso . And it did not disappoint. Well worth the money again.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small cafe with good food. Thankyou Fran Las!

Returning to the region after a few decades and super excited to see this vegan place with amazing pastries, tasty sausage rolls and great granola pots. Great coffee too. Left very full and super happy. Croissants were super tasty.

Enjoyed sharing delicious food with our friends in a relaxed friendly setting. Great service.
Would definitely recommend the humus and avocado tosted sandwich and the salted beef sandwich...so tasty and filling with great quality ingredients.

Stunning coffee and fantastic staff! The warmest welcome every time and treats to die for. One of the most wonderful places to stop for coffee in Wales. They have loads of options for veggie/vegan and gluten free!

Huge and delicious sandwiches and great coffee & all vegan ☺. We got our sandwiches to take out and it might be better if they were in something more substantial than paper bags as they started falling apart before we made it back to the car due to the high volume of sandwiche filling 😅 still very tasty though
