I couldn't of done it without Keith's support - he was absolutely fantastic. Not only with his knowledge of the mountains and route but especially sticking with me all the way despite me being the slowest in my group. Thank you for making it an experience I'll never forget!

I booked a guide with Raw for myself and my wife to climb Snowdon. Keith and Oliver were the guides and they made a wet day into a fantastic experience. We managed to reach the summit and had a lot of fun along the way.

The guides were always careful to allow rest breaks and ensure the group stayed together.

Keith in particular is knowledgable about the mountains history which really added our experience.

Dealing with the back office was also a good experience. Phones were always answered and they were more than happy to answer all of our queries.

Overall great company.

I did RAW Adventures Dragons Back Race Recce Events in 2018/19 and in 2021 and can't recommend them enough. It's a brilliant way to prepare for the event. You get to meet other participants, learn the route, experience the terrain, practice navigation, trial kit/food and discuss training and other tips.

Kate is superb. Constantly friendly and always looking to provide as much help as possible for whatever someone needs. She seems to know everyone and it's telling that she's universally liked and admired. Whatever you're trying to get out of a recce trip you can guarantee you'll learn something useful from her.

Every time I've been she's been helped by some amazing people. Often people who've worked on the Dragons Back Race who give some brilliant insights. Always people with oodles of experience of the type of event and the mountains. I wasn't surprised the event made RAW the official recce providers in 2021 and even less surprised that that's continuing in 2022.

Even though I know the course pretty well now I'll still try to go to some of the RAW recce events in 2022 because it's such a lovely way to experience the event. It adds a sense of community and gives you an easy way to spend time preparing.

We had the pleasure of being led on A Snowdon climb in early October and what a credit this company and its employers are. Thank you and we will use you again without fail.

We booked RAW Adventures to have someone guide us up Snowden as we didn't want to use the usual route. We had Jen show us and she was fabulous, very helpful and patient with 4 middle aged women! If we are ever in the area again we would definitely book them both again!

Great Lowland Leader training course provided by RAW in the Peak District. Well structured training from experinced and very friendly staff. Strongly reccomend.

Excellent Lowland Leader course with Gwyddion and Ross. Lots of very relevant information given and new skills learned. Couple of classroom hours and the rest of the course given in the World Heritage Slate Mining area and in beautiful Newborough Forest on Anglesey. Good fun too. Thanks!!

Ross and Kate and the Team are Excellent Mountain Guides and there knowledge of the Mountains is limitless would highly recommend anyone who wants to have time in the Mountains.
