Popped in to the south sheilds store today we were greeted by Steven he was amazing with my dad customer service top marks made us feel totally at ease set my dad's phone up as well I will be messaging head office with the experience and will definitely recommend the store to everyone well done ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Graham, who very patiently sorted a new phone for me after I broke my old one.
This guy went over and above what I would have ever expected. He is an asset to O2 well done Graham. Mustn't forget Tim from the Hartlepool (Middleton Grange) shop who pointed me in the right direction after he sourced the phone I needed. Tim again needs recognising for his great customer service. Thank you Tim.
Because of this experience I will definitely be using O2 going forward.

Great bunch of staff in here who are actually good at there job. Happy to help and explain the deals and options instead of just pressuring to buy something that not right. They even helped set up my phone and link to email etc.
