Large B&M store well placed that got me their last folding table even giving a discount on the ticket price that I didn't expect

Got what I wanted and extra. Staff were lovely and polite.

Everything you see on the B&M website you can actually find in B&M in South Shield while the B&M in Chester Le Street and Gateshead one have often many stuff stock-out.

Well stocked shelves , plenty checkouts.

Genuinely cannot say enough great things about the staff. My daughter (3) cut her finger on a lamp and they rallied around to get tissue/calm her down/gave her sweeties and a plaster. They could not do enough for her and made a big fuss even though they were all very busy. Big thumbs up from me. Thank you to you all!

Nice place for a quick shop they have most things I needed and had no problems, go check it out.

Good product at reasonable prices

I like this store, its got more or less everything you need. I have never walked out of this store without what I wanted, if anything I come out with more than I went in for every time.

Always friendly although some shades are needed on the extremely large windows next to the checkouts as everyone in the queues was absolutely blinded and extremely hot whilst waiting and the queues were long too so a long time to stand there in the heat please sort that as not good for people like me with asthma and hayfever.

I love this store. It's the place to go when you need something at the last moment. They have a little of everything, all at budget prices. The staff are always available, and will go that extra mile to help you. Quality is sometimes lacking, which is acceptable and understandable for the price you pay. They offer a wide range of products, catering to all areas and needs of the general public. The only negative I will give, is collection of large items can be quite difficult, due to the location of the store.

Fabulous shop,so much to see and the prices are great.Since expanding by buying the shop next door they now have an ,even bigger range of food,household goods and toys etc.

Always new items available. Sells it quick. Always parking.

I visited the shop about 5pm,it wasn't too busy..I got everything I wanted and as usual,ended up buying more than I planned..the shelves were well stocked,a few members of staff were in various places of the store,filling/tidying shelves..because I'd bought more than planned,my basket was really heavy and a male staff member was walking past offered to get a trolley for me..b&m have a great range of products,from cleaning products,to toys to soft furnishings and more at very reasonable prices
