O2 Shop Lichfield

Really helpful staff even though I was asking about contracts for someone else. Excellent service.

I was helped today in the Lichfield branch by a young man called Dan who could not have been more helpful, polite and patient. He set up a new tariff with O2 and transferred data between phones.

The only O2 shop that I'll use. Incredibly helpful staff. I've used the shop several times. Each time they've transfered everything from the old phone to the new one. Nothing is too much trouble Informative on promotions and offer great advice. Thanks.

Matt who looked after us when we went in to upgrade my contract was a great guy, very friendly and helpful!! Much better service than some O2 shops I've visited!!

Well after the fiasco with 3, wouldn't recommend them even if they paid me. O2 gave me a great deal and very friendly staff, had no issues with coverage so far.

A huge thanks to Immi & James who gave over & above 100% customer service.
They took the drama out of my self made crisis with my new phone until it can be resolved one way or another. I now have an alternative until then.
None of us realise how much we depend on our phones for so much every day stuff until we are without it!
Gratitude for reducing my stress levels instantly!

Nice location and although I am not an 02 customer I went in to ask a question and the staff I explained this to went out of their way to be helpful.
So anyone with an 02 network will be well looked after. Lucky people who live in or near this shop.

Went in today to set up my new phone. Joshua was very helpful and transfered everything across from old phone to new. I then set up new sim only on old phone to use as a work phone. 5 star experience. Well done o2 Lichfield

Called in about my Google account as it said my account was full. Received helpful advice. Still deleting stuff off as I do not want to pay monthly for Google.
