I cannot speak too highly of the service I received from Bash at my recent visit. He was welcoming, interested in my query and patient in explaining the problem to a lady of a certain age! Such an asset to his employers.
I have no hesitation in recommending this store for excellent service.

Took my Mum in to change her phone. I have nothing but praise for Zack and the way he helped her. He was respectful and also mindful of her age - didn't bombard her with terms she wouldn't have understood. Sorted out a replacement phone and was really patient whilst it took ages to transfer the info from old to new. Great customer service Thank you

Bash and his team have restored my faith in customer service. Bash was so helpful in resolving our queries and the attitude of all the staff in the store was so positive - it made such a refreshing change.

Love this market town it has everything anyone needs from M&S to pound shop , but this beautiful town has some little gems. like The Kitchen Shop and for an extra special gift, You just have to find them down the little streets. And all overlooked by the fantastic 3 spires cathedral what more can you ask for .

Yup, its EEE AND EE AND E seriously they were great, plenty of PPE and a one customer in policy. Didn't wait long.
Went in to change expired contracts to sim only. No problem, even cut my bill by an extra tener, Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, did ask about international calling, which I don't do anymore so no need nor pressure. Great job guys.

Served within 5 min (it was busy). Asked for a data deal, the gentleman directed me to another product that would save me money and still do what I asked (and not tie me in to a contract signed in blood).
So achieved goal, saved money, worked and the bloke was friendly.

Called in to the shop today as my Facebook messenger was down , Eloise I think that's how it was spelt , was very helpful and sorted it out for me the other girl was great as well....
