Our excursion with Buggies at Cozumel was outstanding! Ernie and Jose accommodated our every need. Our older parents were not able to get into the buggies without doors so they provided a car (with doors) for them to drive. We also explained that there was no need for us to stop at the tequila tasting so they allowed us to stay on the beach longer. They were so kind and attentive to our mother by helping her in and out of the car and along the uneven pathways and helping her get on her shoes!. They even surprised us with cupcakes at our lunch to celebrate our parents 60th Anniversary. We appreciate what they did for us to make our vacation special!

this was a great tour . booked thru website not thru carnival. saved 50 bucks. this a real company no need to worry , just meet them by the hard rock guitar...have fun

We had the most amazing time. Our tour guide Gabriel was the absolute best. He went above and beyond to make sure he did a great job. We can’t wait to return and hopefully we can meet him again.

This was such a fun tour! Our tour guide was named Tumas. He spoke very good english. We had the entire day exploring the island. The buggy is so much fun to drive.

Charley was a great host he is very informative and professional. Mineual was also great very atten5ive to guest needs. Both of them is tha on the island. Please book with them you regret it

Worst ever. Rained only a bit so no buggy ride, no snorkeling, no beach club and no lunch at La Mezcalera. Instead we we overcharged for tequila at the Tequilery Reyes, had 3 or 4 tiny tacos at Otach Mayan which was our grand lunch. It did include a short Mayan dance. Then we had a couple of short stops along the water for pictures. They promised us a partial refund for the tequila overcharge but lied each of the numerous times. Never did get the refund. Think twice before booking!

There is no such thing of dune buggy experience. They use regular cars without doors and roof. Super expensive, no snacks, no enough water, soda and beers.
I suggest everyone to book your tour while on the island to see what you are paying for.
I do not recommend Cozumel Buggy Tours for your in island experience.

This is an extremely unsafe excursion. The buggy's have NO safety features. They are old and need to be discarded. No seat belts, mirrors & instruments don't work. Seats are worn out and old. Tires are bald. Manual gear shift is loose and hard to engage. Stearing is extremely loose, no power steering & very hard to manipulate, especially on all roads. The tour guide was nice and friendly but did not keep up with the schedule and as a result we were unable to eat. NO excursion tourist should drive these buggies especially in Mexican traffic. I do not recommend this excursion for anyone. I would give no rating if possible.
