I have been a nurse for 34 years-and I am so pleased with the quality care I receive from Dr Latinis . He has amazing assessment skills and is excellent in explaining disease processes. His nurse Suzanne also deserves great praise for her kindness and quick responses with voicemail questions. The entire office staff is amazing as well. I drive 45 miles for my appointments-and it is well worth it.

I was in the hospital last week for a couple days. My nurses Marium and Brittany were terrific. They were really friendly and fun. They were able to answer all my questions and made my stay enjoyable. The doctor was also really nice and answered all of our questions so we could understand what was going on.

I'm very grateful for the excellent care I received in both the emergency room and on the inpatient floor. Everyone, from hospitalist to kitchen staff, was very attentive and made it a priority that I was comfortable and all my needs addressed during my stay. Ottawa is lucky to have such a great hospital and amazing staff caring for their community!

Everyone was very friendly and idk it was just a good experience I also had to take my daughter in last week and it was the same!! I highly recommend them we did walk-ins and we're seen very quickly and the staff was amazing

Had sinus surgery on 2/27/24. The nurses were exceptionally attentive and professional. They made sure we understood everything they explained.

I always have a good experience at this facility. The staff is very attentive. I have not had any problems at my appointments!

Dr. latnis is such an amazing doctor. You can tell he really cares. His nurse is just as amazing. Love this office. I'm so greatful to have found such a great rheumatologist.

I went in for labs today. The ladies that assisted me took very good care. Explained things well and made sure I got all my tests in a timely manner

Had my colonoscopy done on 11/29 and my overall experience was fantastic. From the preparation process, the procedure, and the post-care, the staff was excellent. The nurses were very caring, the anesthetist very knowledgeable and reassuring, and the doctor had excellent bedside manner. The team and facility gets an A-plus from me.

The young lady that checked me in for my 10:20 appointment was very efficient very patient and verbally went over the forms for me I certainly appreciate it because I am not computer literate! She is good with old people

The entire hospital staff, bar none, went out of their way to comfort and assist me while at my most vulnerable with abdominal surgery and recovery, and I couldn't be more appreciative.

The nurses and doctors are very good. Checking in from one desk to another was terrible. There's a lack of communication. At one time the lab and those doing the testing did not know I was there. I rang the bell a couple of times to let them know I was even there. Some of the nurses could not log in to the computer. It doesn't make you feel confident.

Barely friendly staff very respectable doctor I'd recommend this doctor to anybody that needs a neurologist

Quick treatment as I have not seen a doctor in several years. Walk in timed just right. Very pleased with T and he explains things well. Will see him again if my doctor not available

The nurses are always so very kind and prompt. Vitals were taken often which was much appreciated

I got in and out very fast and they treated me for the nasal infection that I had so I’m very satisfied with it.

Everything went fine for the chest x-ray blood work up they were all friendly seeing Dr Seto was friendly we talked he explained things he explained that the X-ray shows follow my lung behind the lung down below that getting pneumonia the way I understood it and my son heard it the same way all in all everybody was great awesome wonderful what what more can I say

Everything was great, just wish they would bring back the wheel chair drive up scales
