This is an excellent little Korean spot you'll certainly miss if you aren't looking for it. Nestled in a quiet shopping plaza, the it's worth searching out. The (I assume) owner was really great with the customers in front of us and with us making sure people knew what to order. The kimbap size is impressive! Worth it and great flavor.

The food is very delicious. It an authentic Korean restaurant! I really love the bibimbap. It has a lot of toppings and taste really good. The owner and staff were really friendly and nice 😊

We ordered for take out so we weren’t able to dine in, but the atmosphere looked quaint. The food however is amazing! I got the spicy pork plate. Just like how I remember it eating it in Korea. Solid spice level. Tucked away down a main road, this is a destination spot worth visiting while in town. You are paying for quality meat cooked fresh to order. Ample portion for the price. I am definitely coming back!

Every. Thing. WAS SO DELICIOUS! I cannot recommend Cafe Moon more highly. Y'all who live here in Maui are so lucky! The tteokbokki was the perfect balance of savory/sweet with the kimchi coming through and the spiciness was perfect. The BibimGuksu was also SO excellent. I'd never had seaweed spring rolls before, but now all other spring rolls will seem like something's missing. Thank you Cafe Moon.

This is literally the BEST Korean food you can find on Maui. With stunning presentation and even better taste, you cannot go wrong with any dish on the menu. The owner and her small staff put love in every bite and you can taste it.

This is a hidden gem located in the same strip mall as FHB and Hawaii USA FCU. They only have a plastic banner because they opened up just as the world was going into Covid-19 lockdown. Thank goodness they have been able to weather the many restaurant closures going on!

We got the spicy pork and veggie kimbap, bulgogi bimbampap, bulgogi tokbokki, and veggie jeon and they gifted us with some kimchi. Absolutely the most flavorful Korean food. We will be returning many times (a week) to try everything else on the menu!

Go here. Keep these ladies open!

These guys are legit! Loved in Korea for two years on my LDS mission and this food is totally authentic. Not to mention Jay is hilarious and super friendly. These guys care about their patrons. Eat here when you need some good Korean!

Try spicy pork bibimbab, you will be amazed. Really hearty portions and the presentation doesn’t disappoint either.
The store is clean inside and they wiped the table for us before we sat down.
They don’t have water though - you need to buy something to drink from the fridge. No complimentary kimchi banchan, but hey we’re in Maui.

They have public restrooms available outside as well.

Hours open 7/10 - they need to open longer!

My mother-in-law is Korean and we eat Korean food often. This place was DELICIOUS and gave large portions! Their japchae, bulgogi, and meat Jun was one of the best I have ever had! Also had pleasant music playing. My favorite place on the island so far.

The absolute most magnificent and best restaurant in the entire Maui Island! We ate beef Bougogie, spicy chicken, veggie bimpop and vegan tofu veggie delight. Compliments to chef Jae and Moon!!!

The food was ono, really good. Seafood jeon was bomb, pork bibimbap is the best you can get in kihei, shrimp fried rice is delicious, better than Bale's, garlic tofu my favorite. Really good food if you like Korean food.

There's a new Korean restaurant here in Kihei! The food is out of this world great! What we had was amazing homemade from scratch grindz! For appetizer we the pan fried Mandoo was bust in your mouth flavors with a delicious dipping sauce yummy! Up next was the Bibimbap with thinly sliced spicy pork with a bowl of fresh vegetables and a delicious red bibimbap sauce to drizzle on top. Truly mouthwatering 🤤🤤 For the last dish to go in our belly is the Spicy Tokbokki it's fishcakes and ricecakes with vegetables cooked in a spicy red Korean sauce called gochujang yummy in my tummy goodness 😀😍😍. I would recommend this restaurant to locals and visitors to come check out this little jewel on Maui! Ooh I almost forgot the staff was friendly and so nice. I will definitely be coming back for sure! 😀🥰🥰🤙🤙🤙

Great kimchi jeon pancake & kimchi jjigae - yum! My family loved the kalbi, bibimbap, bbq chicken. Friendly staff/owners too.

Ordered bibimbap with beef and pan fried sesame garlic tofu and both were loaded with vegetables and flavor! Hidden gem by our gym and absolute thumbs up for the service as well 🤙

Found this place through yelp and wanted to give it a try. Severs were really nice and friendly, helped us with recommendations.

We ordered the special for the day with was the galbi short ribs. It came with a scoop of rice and macaroni salad. We saw the table beside us having japchae so we wanted to order it as well. Definitely worth it!! I really like how they made both the galbi and japchae.

Small, family owned and a delicious hidden gem! Dont let the strip mall fool you. Amazing gyoza (perfectly cooked) and such fresh veggies with the bibimbap! Sauces were yum! Kimchi, amazing! Highly recommend Cafe Moon.

I had the BBQ chicken and enjoyed every bite! Went in for take out at 6:00 and it was fairly quiet, so service was fast. Highly recommend!
