Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently had the pleasure of using the service with Enterprise rental, and I must say, it was absolutely awesome! From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with friendly and professional staff who were eager to assist me. The process of renting a car was quick and efficient, and I was on my way in no time.

The selection of cars available was impressive, with a wide range of models to choose from. The vehicles were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary features for a comfortable and enjoyable ride. I was particularly impressed with the high level of cleanliness both inside and out.

The customer service throughout my rental experience was outstanding. The staff at Enterprise were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and made sure that I was satisfied with my rental.

One of the things that stood out to me the most was the flexibility and convenience of the service. The return process was also seamless, with a drop-off location conveniently located near my destination.

Overall, I cannot praise Enterprise rental enough for their exceptional service. From the moment I made my reservation to the moment I returned the car, everything was handled with professionalism and efficiency. I would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free car rental service.

Rayna was fantastic! I had an issue with a different rental company. Not a good way to start a very, very short mini vacation. I literally wandered inside Enterprise with no appt, booking or anything. She talked me off the ledge and quickly got me a car. All with a fantastic positive attitude. An absolute pleasure to deal with! Super fast and easy pick up and drop off! Confirmed I will use them every time I visit Maui.
The car was clean and fueled up. For a rental car it drove out OK. Just a cheap Compass but better than expected. No issues.
6 stars if I could for Rayna saving my trip and making sure I could just chill and relax on this beautiful island with wonderful people.

I travel quite frequently for work and we use Enterprise about 90% of the time. So when I travel for personal time I choose to use enterprise, 1 because the customer service is always Great 😊 2 cars are always clean and 3 I love the points reward!!! Thank you Enterprise for taking Great care of me when I travel.

We had an issue with the 1st vehicle we took from the rental garage after landing at the airport. One of the back seatbelts was worn and was very difficult to use. So, we took vehicle back the following day and we transferred to a new vehicle. No fuss at all. We are always happy with Enterprise Car Rental. They don't disappoint.

Our experience with enterprise was nothing short of fantastic! The pickup and drop off process was quick and painless. Hawaii airports allow you pick your vehicle from the lot which is my favorite thing about this Enterprise location. The vehicle was in perfect condition and ran great. We have gotten burned by ride-share renters several times so this was a breath of fresh air!

I paid exactly what I was quoted while making the reservation (no hidden fees, charges etc.). Since I had already completed the online check-in, they had cars waiting for me to choose from when I reached the lot. The whole thing took less than five minutes. I had paid for the "Luxury" option and chose an Audi Q3 (great car!).
The return was also smooth and quick. The customer service staff were fantastic!

We rented a Ford Edge during our week long stay in Maui. I received a discount on the rental through my work, and was charged only $385 for the week. The rental car was a short trolley ride from the airport to the rental car pick up adjacent to the airport. The check in was quick and efficient. The car was clean, comfortable and fuel efficient for an SUV. The return was fast and easy. Enterprise made the car rental process very smooth and enjoyable.

We rented a car from enterprise at the Maui airport for 12 days. It was so easy. The new rental car area is amazing and the service we received was extremely quick fast and friendly. I was very impressed with the enterprise experience on Maui.

Easy location at Maui Airport for pickup and return. Customer Service was great! Wonderful service by Char when final check with car leaving. Did not get the names of all the others but everyone was so friendly and helpful! Liked the choices of cars and rates available. Definitely will use again!

Had the pick of many suitable cars when we arrived in Maui. Our selection was clean & nearly new. It was comfortable to drive & got very good mileage. Return was easy. We’ll definitely rent from Enterprise again.

This is probably the best and easiest car rental experience I’ve ever had. I did the pre-check in process and was able to go directly downstairs to the rental cars. It took about 30 seconds to get in my car and head out. Communication was clear and easy. Drop off was just as fast. The app makes the reservation simple to keep track of the details. I paid exactly what my reservation quoted. All the staff at the airport were very friendly and helpful. Overall, great experience!

Smooth as silk from start to finish. The gentleman that received the car once we arrived for return, was just simply awesome, nice friendly guy, had some knowledge about where I was from, made the experience just that much better. Compliments on another job well done enterprise.👍🏼🙏🏻

After having a bad experience with Enterprise a few years ago in the UK, this was our first return to the company while on vacation in Maui. We booked via Costco Travel and I have to say the experience from start to finish was a brilliant one. There were no lines, was able to pick from a choice of vehicles in the category we selected. Little disconcerting that there weren't many staff around when we were selecting the car but we picked one and took plenty of photos of the exisiting damage/wear and tear on the car before checking out. (Note to Enterprise: In that parking structure taking photos with the limited lighting doesn't bring out the best pics). The gate agent didn't check our car even though we asked him to (he claimed that our photos would suffice). When we reached our destination I took extra photos in the daylight just incase.
Drop off was a breeze, thanks to John P. for his great customer service as we checked out!
Will probably use Enterprise again on our return.

We use Enterprise at the OGG airport every time we visit Maui. We could not be happier with the service and how easy they make it to pickup and return the car. Highly recommend!

Your agents and the people helping choose a car and help us connect our phone to the GPS were extremely helpful. And when it came time to drop off the car Joseph was So helpful in that we were running late to catch our plane. Please thank him for us.

I always rent from Enterprise, and they always come through with great prices, easy check-in via phone, and easy returns. My last 3 rentals have been in Phoenix, Oahu, and Maui - all rented from their airport location. So convenient, too. I will definitely continue renting through them in the future.

Maui enterprise experience was the quickest I’ve experienced. Pre registered and when I arrived k didn’t have to make one stop. Straight to a car and we were on our way.

The experience I had with Enterprise at the OGG airport was fantastic from beginning to end. The service was quick and easy, the SUV worked great for my large group, the return was easy, and all the employees were very friendly. Enterprise is the best!!
