Best gym in the world. Tons of space, tons of different equipment, and Different rooms to accomplish your goals. Super clean all the time. The owner and staff are amazing and will not say no. I bet one of the owners will even send you feet pics if you ask nicely.

Recently had the pleasure of training at this amazing gym. I’ve been fortunate enough to have trained all over this country and even some other one’s. This was by far one of my best experiences. Super friendly easy going staff. Incredible equipment, the Arsenal Strength equipment lived up to the hype. I could go on and on about what a great session my wife and I had there. Clean, well equipped and a great vibe by the members. Thank you for keeping up a gym the way it should be!!

Plenty of space and equipment to do anything you want. The owners are always adding more, keeping up with the equipment and making sure everything is clean. Great environment!

Best gym on the Oregon coast. Clean and spacious with diverse array of equipment. Knowledgeable and professional owners and members who respect one another by keeping their space tidy by putting weights away and generally wiping down equipmafter use. All around positive environment.

Phenomenal place. I've been a member of several health club's/Gyms but this one's got it all. From us older folks just staying alive, to you young power lifters. All the equipment is new or very new and, staff are great. Open 24/7. See ya there! 😎

This gym has everything you need. The equipment is the best and mike doesn't hold back when it comes to bringing in new equipment. From Yoga, boot camp and other classes, this gym is for everyone! I have been to some amazing gyms in the boise area but this gym is on another level. Cardio areas, stretching area, crossfit area and the everything for heavy lifting. I never felt comfortable in other gyms before. I always felt judged. Here I don't. It's all about the body and getting healthy and fit. The afterglow of the mental rewards is awesome too. Love the family that owns it. I needed this gym.

Clean and well organized workout facility with a ton of different workout options. The employees were nice and considerate.

I’ve been going to this gym for 8 months. In that time frame I’ve paid 38$ each month, no contract, no start up fee, not one additional dollar. That is unheard of in the gym industry. I’m happier paying this monthly fee than any tv subscription hands down.

In those 8 months, The gym has grow from 3 rooms to 6. Each room adds a plethora of diverse equipment. I’m still paying $38 a month.

24 hour access, clean, and fresh. The only things you smell are the gainz you’re about to get. No body odor, no BS. This is the best gym I’ve been too. Mike takes every dollar earned and reinvests back into the gym.

Best gym in 100 miles at minimum. Lots of equipment, friendly staff, attractive decor. Doesn't feel like a planet fitness. Professional clean classy vibes. 24hr access.
