Sears Hometown Store

I bought a washer and dryer about a month ago. I just want to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the entire process. I met Nicole in the store and she was on top of her game. She was professional, knowlegeable, and provided great customer service. The delivery guys were fantastic as well. They were friendly, easy going, and professional. I got my washer and dryer installed and things have been workimg great. I just want to say thank you to the entire Sears team. I'll definitely stop by again.

WOW! Couldn't have received better customer service! They are in the middle of moving locations, limited inventory, BUT they found us exactly what we needed at one heck of a deal! Travel Nurse from Florida, here on assignment in Gold Beach. RV microwave died and needed a replacement quickly. Drove into Brookings to see what we could find at Sears. Started looking like we would have to wait weeks for delivery, so we were going to settle for non-convection model. Due to diligent management and delivery personnel, they found us an amazing model , convection, AND 50 % off! We were feeling out of luck, but left feeling like we won the lottery!

I recently came in needing a new washer and dryer within days of eachother and ended up spending nearly $1000.00 in this establishment. The girls that worked there were more than helpful and set my mind at ease by answering every question I had. One of the girls who helped me was named Haleigh and she had such great customer service, but every girl there who helped me was outstanding. I would buy from this place again and again. Thank you!

We purchased new appliances when we moved. From a washer and dryer at first all the way down to a new garbage disposal. Our new LG oven was having issues,. Basically after six months the enamel started coming off the inside of the oven. I contacted Sears and they sent out a technician who verified that the oven couldn't be repaired and most likely would be replaced.

Then the fun started. I after getting the run around from LG customer service for over two weeks, I went back to Sears and asked for help. Less than 24 hours later I got a phone call telling me the issue was taken care of. It was that easy. When LG didn't step up and honor their warranty, Sears stepped in and took care of business and their customer.

Thank You to every one at Sears in Harbor who were involved in both the sales and excellent service.

I have purchased all new appliances for my kitchen and got a air conditioner and patio set. They were very helpful on helping me pick everything out and making sure that I had everything I needed. The staff is amazing.

What a great store and staff. I ordered a new fridge and the day after my old fridge stopped working. I called and ask if they could put a rush on my new fridge. No luck but they delivered a loner fridge until my new fridge came in. Only in a small town would you get this great service. Much appreciated.
