Dr Wolach and crew were very friendly and professional and I feel, did a great job. The experience was very straightforward. I gave them one less star because Banner health is terrible, especially their billing system. I strongly advise anyone considering going here to save all receipts and be prepared to question the billing.

I paid for all my services, in cash at the end of every appointment. They tried to retroactively charge me more than what they claimed I paid in office and sent a bill in the mail. The bill they sent made no sense, they were saying insurance covered things when they didn't and nothing was lining up. I called banner to contest the charges and after being on hold for 45 min and arguing for 30 min, the lady finally agreed to elevate the issue and would get a hold of me with the determination. They never called, and finally stopped trying to bill me 2 months later. I went back and looked at my original receipt and it turns out, not only did I pay more than they claimed on the bill, but I overpaid the bill. Of course, I never got a refund. Not a huge deal, but the main frustration was the time wasted for their mistake that they never admitted to.

We are very worried about our uncle health we are helping him with whatever he need he’s 80 years old, and Dr. James told us he didn’t want to see us and we don’t know why and my uncle has prostate problems that maybe is Cancer.
