Very happy with Boyd Lake Self Storage! They have been super helpful and responsive during our stay - so nice to have a direct contact at a storage facility. They went above and beyond for us and I'll happily utilize their facility again when needed. Highly recommend!

The best storage place around!!!!!!

What can I say about this facility besides the fact that it is one of the best around. The management is kind and respectful towards their customers. The owner is fantastic and bends over backwards to accommodate making sure his customers are beyond happy. Lance is very aware of activity in the yard and communicates well with customers when he needs to. He has several employees that are amazing and very courteous. If you want piece of mind that your camper or boat is safe, this the place to be in Northern Colorado. The site prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a place to store your toys do not think twice and store them here. 6 year member here!

Just secured a spot for my travel trailer. Van helped me and found a great spot. Very clean facility and pricing was better than others I looked into. By far the most professional storage facility I have ever been to and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The reservation process was simple. Lance worked with me to complete the contract over the phone due to my schedule. The space was easy to find. If you need to dump black/grey tanks, the station is easily accessed. We're parking an Airstream camper here and feel it will be safe from hail damage of frequent front range CO storms. Being in a more remote location, security appears to be good. Highly recommend.

We’ve used several storage facilities in the past year with a couple major moves and also to store our boat and camper. Boyd Lake Self Storage is by far the best, with a secure area that is easy to access at any time, the road in is good, it’s clean and the staff is especially courteous and responsive. Its been just over a year since I rented a storage unit at Boyd Lake Self Storage and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process of renting a unit quick and easy. They were also very knowledgeable about the different unit sizes and helped me choose the perfect one for my needs.

The location of the storage facility is also great. It's conveniently located near major highways and has easy access for loading and unloading. The facility itself is well-maintained and clean, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are safe and secure.

We're starting our 3rd year storing RV's at Boyd Lake Self Storage and we've been very satisfied. We had one incident where flooding after a really heavy rain moved a lot of mud throughout the site and into our area, but like with everything else the response was great. They were not only quick to help with cleanup but actually made modifications to the facility to hopefully prevent an incident like that in the future. Security has always been excellent and response to any request has been prompt. We think it is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

We've had our trailer stored here for about 2 years and they are very good people to work with! They are accommodating and helpful with all of our needs and questions! Their prices are reasonable as well.

Lance has been great to work with. He has been very flexible, patient, and allowed me to pick from a variety of open spots that worked for me and my trailer. I am returning customer after moving back to Loveland.

On my 2nd year storing my camper here. Absolutely awesome place to store your boat, camper, trailers etc. Staff is always friendly and helpful when chatting with them. Dump station on site, no propane fill (I don't think many if any places do that) but that would be awesome if you considered it! Would be a one stop shop at that point!

This is the second summer I have chosen to store my RV at Boyd Lake Self Storage. Both Van and Lance are very friendly and go the extra distance to help you find the best storage option for your RV, etc. I will definitely try to secure a spot with them next summer as well.

Lance and team has done an excellent job keeping the storage area top notch w/security, landscaping, and capital improvements. And the staff has always been accommodating. Nice place. Can't go wrong storing here.

I'm very impressed with Boyd Lake Self Storage. We have had a great experience with our enclosed storage unit. The staff has also supported our local youth charities through NoCo United for Youth and their generosity is quite impressive.

So far, so good. This is our second year storing our boat there during the summer (closer to the lakes than our winter storage place; our HOA won't let us store it at our house). Very easy to reserve a space online, and easy/nice to get autopay setup. Thanks!

Im writing this to express my appreciation and grattitude to the owner (Lance) and staff of Boyd Lake RV / Self Storage. I had an issue with two propane tanks being stolen from my camper while at this storage facility and notified the manager on duty. I was actually surprised at how seriously the report of theft was taken and the amount of effort put forth by the owner to help me not only recover my tanks but also to identify the individual responsible tor stealing them. In discussing the incident with the facility owner, I asked if he thought reporting the theft to Loveland Police would do any good and if one of the cameras throughout the site may have captured the person/persons responsible and would that image be provided to the police department. Lance assured me that any information and or images related to the theft would absolutely be given to the authorities and then he asked me when I thought it may have happened. I narrowed it down to an approximate 2 month window of possibility of when it may have occurred and Lance stated that I should file a report and that he would look at the security footage and let me know if anything was found so I filed a report and waited to hear back from either the police or Lance. Having had items stolen in the past (not from Boyd Lake) and filing a police report, my expectations for an eventual response, let alone a quick one, were quite low based on my prior experience. Lance got back to me in 2 days to let me know that he had the individual responsible for stealing my tanks and the truck he was driving all on video. I couldn't believe it! Not only had Lance actually taken my issue seriously, he had DONE WHAT HE SAID HE WOUD DO which, in this day and age, NEVER happens anymore. In addition, he had informed me that he had notified the Loveland Police department that he had video and to let them know if and when they needed it, he would send it immediately. In addition, he had learned a lot more about the incident and parties potentially involved and would share it all with the Police. I immediately called LPD and left 3 voice messages and sent 2 or 3 emails to the assigned Officer to ask about next steps? The only response I received was about 3 months later in an email requesting the name of the facilty owner and the facility phone number, which was the last and only response I've received to this day. Long story short, Lance replaced one of my 30 pound tanks and would not accept any payment which is why I am writing this review. I realize my assumed liability and was never blaming Boyd Lake Storage for my tanks being stolen, _hit happens and I get that but the way Lance responded to my issue was absolutely unbelievable and completely unexpected. It was obvious that Lance and Boyd Lake actually believe in customer service and do everything they can to keep all the items stored on their grounds secure. I would absolutely recommend Boyd Lake Self Storage to anyone needing that service without a second thought. MANY THANKS TO LANCE AND HIS STAFF, MY FAMILY AND I TRULY APPRECIATE ALL YOU DID AND CONTINUE TO DO.

We used Boyd Lake in the past to store our RV and were very pleased with their space and service. We are bringing our RV back to Colorado and will use them again!

Lance took my wife and I through the sign up period for a new site quickly and with humor. It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with Lance.

I’ve rented a spot for my teardrop camper for two years and they’ve always been quick to respond with any questions or help and provided me with accurate information & very friendly!! Great security next-door to the training center for the Larimer county law enforcement so very safe there!!
