Kristen S who I believe is a manager here is just wonderful, she fitted me for multiple bras and we just couldn’t find one that fit just right. She recommended a size they only had online I got it shipped to my house in just a couple days and they fit wonderfully!! She was so kind, I was feeling pretty insecure when I came in but she was very comforting & got me feel confident in a bra that fits!! Would definitely recommend, and will be shopping here again.

I came in tonight to do (what I thought was) a complicated return and exchange. Kristen and Mia helped me out and it was just overall such a pleasant experience. I was greeted when I came in, directed to the item I was looking for, the fitting room was clean and empowering, and the return ended up being very simple. I will refrain from purchasing online and buy directly from this store in the future. Thanks, ladies! And happy Love Day 💕

Found Aerie during the pandemic and I'm so grateful! The team there is so helpful and friendly. They have excellent customer service and always make me feel really good about myself. This is definitely my go to place!!!

Quality of clothes is amazing, they are breathable and tight fitting to the perfect fit! But they forgot to add the 30% off to my shorts which ended in me paying more than expected and made me lose money.

LUCIA is a gem! Fantastic customer service! Greeted me warmly, helped me with what I was looking for while giving me space to shop. Helped me with a changing room and was overall a 5 STAR employee...
The other two on duty were hiding in the back corner gossiping so loudly and it was UNCOMFORTABLE AF. Psuedo fumbling w/ clothes (that i had been interested in looking at but didn‘t feel comfortable approaching)
and didn‘t stop when i was tight next to them looking at clearance.
LUCIA is the only reason I bought anything. The other two... i would have walked out and never come back.

I love the clothes at this store. The leggings are great for my job. But the customer service sucks. I went in today and not a single person greeted me or asked if I needed help. I went to check out and no one was there, so I put my things back and left. I hate shopping online but I'm not going to spend money at a store if no one is even going to say hi.

Everyone is super helpful and kind until they realize you need to make a return or exchange... 😡
