Quite possibly the best place ever known to man. I have consistently seen ownership pour every single dollar back into the gym and equipment since starting here.

This is an awesome CrossFit gym! I just started doing CrossFit a few months back and the coaches were super sweet and encouraging! Also the other people in the classes were super friendly! I dropped in while visiting but if I move to the area I will definitely be joining this one ☺

Great workout with great people. The coaches have been great helping me learn different skills safely. This gym is something I look forward to and is a great part of my day. Been to a lot of CrossFit gyms since starting back in 2011 but this one is FAR above all others I have been to. The coaches are incredibly knowledgable, provide specific and educational feedback, and are very welcoming to people of all experiences. The facility is amazing: tall ceilings, very spacious, tons of equipment/amenities that other gyms lack (ski erg, air runner, showers, changing room, yoga, etc.) and even have a rig outside for the spring and summer workouts. CrossFit 970 is truly THE BEST workout in northern Colorado and I HIGHLY recommend it to people of all ages and backgrounds

If you’re looking for a gym in the northern Colorado area, CrossFit 970 is the one to pick!! The gym itself is great, plenty of space and a wide variety of equipment , but the coaches are what have kept me coming back for almost 4 years now. They are always willing to help modify any workout as needed, but still make sure you push yourself everyday and help you improve. I’ve improved greatly as an athlete here, and made lots of friends along the way...highly recommend!

I was living in Northern Colorado temporarily and I tried a few CrossFit gyms, but CrossFit 970 is the best gym in Northern Colorado! You can be a beginner that is new to CrossFit because the community at this gym is friendly and welcoming, along with coaches being helpful and knowledgeable, or you can be someone that’s great at CrossFit because this gym has everything you need to train to be best CrossFit athlete you can be, also you can train and learn from the coaches because they are great athletes themselves! I highly recommend anybody in the northern Colorado area to check out this gym! 💪🏼

This place has reminded me why choosing a good gym is vital for success as an athlete, Of what combination makes a good gym. Last year I was looking for a change after 7 years, and I reached out to a Steve who I had worked out with previously. After an injury, I needed a place who would reignite the love I had for CrossFit and 970 has done just that. The community is amazing and welcoming, the coaches knowledgeable and always pushing me with the right queues so I could build myself back. I’ve been grateful for the early 5:30am class, so many like minded folks getting up crazy early to push our bodies first thing in the morning. Very happy I reached out and highly recommend this gym.

Crossfit 970 is an awesome place. From the coaches to the workouts to the people that become amazing friends, there is really no better place to workout. Coaches are super knowledgeable, not only about crossfit, but also nutrition, stretching and recovery. You have to try it out if you are in Northern Colorado.

When I moved here from Texas I wasn’t just looking for a gym I was looking for a community. What I actually found was a family. The programming is going to challenge you in the best way possible. The coaches are always available for advice on movement standards and scaling options. The community here is so encouraging and fun. I can honestly say this is the highlight of my day.

We travel in to visit family from time to time, and have dropped in at 970 multiple times. Every time we do, we have always really enjoyed it! All of the coaches are really nice and give good feedback. The owner, Steve, responded quickly to my email- and welcoming. The workouts are challenging but absolutely scaleable is needed.

I love this gym! I go almost every week day for the 5:33am class, and it's a great workout every time. All the people are very friendly, and you can take the workout at your own pace. I have learned so much and have seen great results. I highly recommend it!
