Best Buy

This location is a little further from my house, but had a bad experience at the closer location. Collin helped me and my wife. He was very knowledgeable of all the products. He helped us with purchasing a t.v., printer, and an Xbox. Collin answered all our questions and explained plus and minuses of each product.

Ethan helped me pick out a watchband, phone cover and other accessories: he was terrific and so were his teammates. I love Best Buy because the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Why bother shopping online?

Great customer service. The young fella that helped me was a genuine expert on ear buds and his critique of the top 4 was phenomenal!! Love the Bose sound.

I love this Best Buy. The staff has always been very helpful, honest, and available to help when I need it. This store has a great selection of products, and I love how they price match. Location is good, and the store has always been clean and well organized.

Justin at Geek Squad counter took his time with me and did not rush through the set up and explanation of what he was doing for my phone. He was really kind and friendly, and smiled which really helped my day. He was thorough, too and others were working well, too! Like Ethan who helped me choose my phone and the others who I could tell were kind and showed they were available like Chandler, Marly and Mia! Thanks to all of you, I hope your boss says thanks once in awhile! You deserve it!!

Best Buy has done a great job recently. Have bought both a large TV and appliances this year and the delivery and install has been great.

They have the electronics I expected and some extra house appliances. The selection of TVs, laptops, and tablets is nice. A small phone and camera section.
The store was well kept and organized, the staff were ready to help with any questions.

I live in Arizona. When I visit I come to this Best Buy to make purchases. They are very nice here and helpful. Thank you for everything.

I stopped in a few days ago to buy a laptop; I am not very knowledgeable about what's on the market and didn't know where to start. The first employee to approach me was not very helpful and clearly didn't know what he was talking about. The second person to approach me was Aiden, and he was extremely helpful and patient with answering my questions! I was very impressed with his knowledge and he was able to help me narrow down my choices and guide me to the best product for my needs. I went into the store just to shop around and ask questions but ended up making a purchase because of the level of service I received. A+ salesman - someone needs to give Aiden some recognition!!

My wife and I purchased two Apple Air Tags and Bobby, the manager on duty showed us the various options and then proceeded to demonstrate how to set up the tags. Very professional, competent and patient with two seniors. He is a Best Buy ROCK STAR!

Best Buy is a fantastic store!! I buy all my electronics etc. There!! I won't buy electronics anywhere else!! Knowledgeable employees and great service! Geek Squad is also fantastic!! Great service and friendly atmosphere!!

So this was a more personal experience so I will say it hold slightly less weight for anyone else, however my last experience at this particular store was a fantastic one. I was shopping for a new laptop and came across one that was perfect, but was unfortunately out of stock. I asked a employee if he could check if they would get anymore in stock, and instead of having to with, he assisted with getting the display device wiped and check so I could purchase it at a reduced price. Rest assured this was a very pleasant experience for me and I will now favor going to this best buy. Well done

James helped us decide to get our phones at Best Buy the first time we came in to shop for our new phones. He was very patient during all our questions, our purchase and activation process. Nothing like a smile and a few light moments followed by competent service!!!

The customer service from the Geek Squad is excellent! I have been in several times recently and all three employees who have helped me - Caleb, Spencer and Dakota - were professional, friendly and patient.

Got in, had what I needed, got me out in less than 10 minutes.

I have always had a good experience here!

Went in to get a MacBook and worked with Caleb, he was awesome about getting me the right computer and was incredibly devoted to finding the color I wanted as well. Am hour later when I decided I wanted the upgraded version (more storage) he helped me return/exchange without ever acting annoyed or upset.
