I ordered a bouquet for my very small wedding, plus a smaller version for my daughter. The man working there was so friendly both times I visited. I simply told him the color of my dress and very little detail about my taste, and he put together two beautiful, perfect bouquets. I absolutely loved my flowers and it added to my happy occasion. The shop was also lovely with several items I would give as gifts (or keep for for myself). I will definitely use Milam House from now on!

I live states away from my mother in love and I wanted to do something special for her. I picked out an arrangement and scheduled delivery.
The next morning Milam emailed me stating they were running low on the selected arrangement and asked if I would want a designer's choice. I asked if it would be similar to the one I had ordered and I was told absolutely, even better.

When my mother in love got her flowers, I was so pleased! The arrangement was more beautiful than the one I had chosen and I couldn't be happier! My mother in love adored them and the Milam House made both of our days!

Ordered flowers from here yesterday as a gift and was very impressed. I gave no guidance beyond the price point. The recipient just sent me a picture and the bouquet is gorgeous. Roses, tulips, hydrangeas, etc. in a beautiful color palette. No cheap looking filler. Milam House will definitely be my go to place in Frankfort.

9/24, I called Milam House in Frankfort for flower delivery for a girl friend who is turning 60 and works down the street from his location. I looked up the work address of my girlfriend and decided on a florist closest to her location, Milam House. I told the male who answered the phone that I wanted a small bouquet of flowers delivered on my girlfriend's birthday at her place of work, tomorrow 9/25. He said no problem. I gave him all the pertinent information. He stated he would deliver this afternoon, and I repeated no tomorrow, her birthday is tomorrow. He said yes, tomorrow morning. I said that would be great. My girlfriend texted me with a photo of the flowers less than two hours later. lol When I spoke to Milam House about this they were very nice about it and said they delivered the bouquet today by mistake and will deliver another bouquet on her birthday tomorrow. I'm happy!

Kim Dudgeon and her crew are the best. They never disappoint with all the beautiful gifts, decorations, and flowers. The Milam house always keeps my loved ones happy with me.

Goes above and beyond for their customers. The Milam house discovered that the flowers I ordered was undeliverable due to the office being closed for the election and they took the flowers to an alternate address. Thank you for helping make my mom’s day.
