Tire Discounters

We had a flat tire while on a trip. I found this Tire Discounters location on Google and it was fairly close. I called them and talked to Shyanne. She was very knowledgeable and they had a large selection of tires to choose from. After putting the spare on we drove to their location. They worked us right in and quickly got the tires installed and front end aligned. We couldn’t be happier with our experience there. I highly recommend this business. Thanks!!!

Great experience as a single woman getting tires here...Sadly, that's not always the case with garages. The free oil change and alignment deal with 4 new tires was something I couldn't pass up! Courteous, and efficient... Even with all of those services I was out within 90 minutes! Not to mention I'm getting 3 more miles to the gallon than I was before! I'd recommend to a friend in a heartbeat 👌

The customer service that Jaime gave me when pricing out tires for me was good. However, during my service when they were putting my tires on. I was told that my drums "needed " cleaning but I didn't have the money at the time and all of a sudden I felt like I was pushed at the back of the line. Now, for some reason my tire pressure light is coming on after they put the tires on and I haven't had an issue prior to this. I hope it's just a sensor and they did not royally mess up my tires. And if they damaged anything they need to fix it.

I came back on 1/5/24 and Brad showed me that my sensor battery was out. Thanks for checking on it.

It was very pleasant working with the guys at our Frankfort Tire Discounters. We recently got all new tires for my father's Jeep and he couldn't be happier. They were competitive on their pricing and were able to get the tires installed the day after they showed up at the store. I spoke with Brad and Justin mostly and I definitely felt like my father what's taking care of through the whole process.

Went into tire discounters today to, get my air pressure checked. I walked in the lobby and was very surprised how clean/neat the sitting area was, not cluttered and the layout was nice. All the employees were busy working but, Jamie assisted me real quick. Gave me an estimate of the time, it would take and was pretty accurate. Thanks Tire Discounters employees, I'll definitely be back and send people your way.

Brad runs a tight ship and has a high performance team. My truck was serviced in a timely fashion which considered my budget and future plans with restoring the vehicle to optimum performance.

We have been buying tires there since they opened. Never had a bad experience. They go out of their way find the right tires. The Technicians have always done a great job! Thanks everyone!

I called them 10 minutes before closing time while driving there with a half flat tire. These guys stayed open and fixed my flat tire working late and they were super polite and I couldn't appreciate them more! I will definitely be coming back here to buy tires in the future!

We received a fair price on a couple of tires and the install was quicker than expected. No problems ordering from the website or making an appointment. Brad and his team did a great job getting us out the door and resolving a small issue we had after our installation. Top notch crew!

I dropped my car off for new tires and brakes. They did an exceptional job...my car handles like new. Perfect alignment, balance, and the ability to stop without vibrations and pulling to either side..
Ya just don't get that type of service for the price!

Friendly workers they go the extra mile.Pulled in last night TPMS sensor on small nail in the tire. They repaired the tire aired it up put the tire back on this was 15 minutes before closing time they could have said come back tomorrow, but they repaired it on the spot. And they said no charge.

Brad.. the manager always helps in anyway. Always quick in and quick out..

Super cool sales staff who are friendly and knowledge. Very experienced and efficient shop crew. They're a well oiled machine! And it just gets better. Pricing is phenomenal and they got it done right, and so fast it was baffling. I'm super picky (yeah, that guy) and I brought a car with fresh out the box wheels. Not one scratch or nick to be found. They're good, fast and careful/thorough. I will most certainly be back

My family has been customers of Tire Discounters in Frankfort for five years now. They have always been wonderful to us. Brad the manager is who kept us there in the first place and he and the rest of their staff is what keeps us there now. They always help us find great deals on our tires and they always do a great job with the oil changes. They never tell us something needs to be done to our car when it doesn't but they do tell us when it does. We trust them and that is huge when it comes to your car. And the manager, Brad, is wonderful & honest & never overcharges us.

Very helpful in recommending tires and battery for my 2012 Toyota Yaris in my price range. Brad was very patient by phone. I had a Sat. Morning appt., I was waiting not dropping off. It was busy, but a well staffed and organized crew made my wait time short vs, what I thought it would be when I arrived. I recently moved to Frankfort fro Lexington and this will be my go-to place for services for sure.

5/5. Brad & Justin are awesome. The whole team is great. I was in and out very quickly when I came in without an appointment to have some work done on my car. Who knew buying windshield wipers could be so much fun?!

I had a nail in my tire that I found when I got in the car to go to work. My husband called them and explained the situation and they were closing in 30 minutes. I wish I had gotten his name but he said to come on up he wouldn't close til I got there! THATS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just this past Saturday I found another nail in my tire. I took it to them and they made me aware of my back tires needing changed. I ended up buying 4 brand new tires and was in and out of the door in literally 45 minutes! These guys are amazing and have earned my business for all my tire needs.
