First time to the office. I had heard many positive comments about Dr Frank and they are all true. Felt good about a thorough exam.You will not go wrong by switching to Dr. Frank. Pleasant staff.

I found the staff of Frank Eye Center attentive to my presence and anxious to make the medical appointment easy and helpful. From check-in to check-out, I was well taken care of and the ease with which the staff attended to me, put me very me at ease as well. Dr. Frank is a very personable man. He visited with me as he went about the exam. He is very professional and definitely cares deeply for his patients. I have every confidence that I am receiving excellent ophthalmological care.

I love Dr Frank’s office, his team, the environment, the coffee bar, and how friendly everyone is. Most of all, Dr Frank’s (I know him as Kenny/lol) is so compassionate and caring. He spent so much time with me discussing a plan of care, he made me feel like I was the only patient that day, and he had all the time I needed to understand our plan and answer my questions. In reality there was an office full of loyal patients waiting to see Dr Frank. He is just a good man, from an exceptionally wonderful family. Appreciation, gratitude and respect is what I have for Dr Frank and team! Thank you!
And as a side note…. I seem to always see old friends there in the office!

Appointments were timely. Pleasant front office staff. Dr. Mies is always thorough and complete with his exams.

We have been going to Frank Eye Center for 20+ years. Followed Dr. William Campbell there from Coffeyville. Dr. Frank did my cataract surgery 14 years ago. Was wearing tri-focals before, had astigmatism, now only wear readers. We see Dr. Mies now. Have always been pleased with the care we receive. The office staff is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend Frank Eye Center! We travel 2 1/2 hours one way. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

I had a good check up which makes them more enjoyable. New Staff which was very good and knowlegible. Doctor was prepared to answered my questions.
