Saw a hat my husband wanted at 5:40ish, but it looked like they were already closing up shop. Bumped into the worker who would not take a few minutes to sell us the hat, said they'd open back up at 11 the next day. We got there at 11:40 the following day and someone was just getting there and wouldn't let us in for about 5 minutes while she "turned on the lights". She started calling someone as we were paying and didn't seem to be very nice to them either.

Went to go in during the middle of the day when it said online and on the door, that it was open. It was not.
