Electric Maui Nui

I recommend Electric Maui Nui without reservation. I have over 20 years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry, so I expect prompt and clear communication and excellent work from contractors. When our condo was in escrow, the building inspector saw something odd in the electrical box. Our real estate agent, John Frank, recommended Electric Maui Nui (Jonah Molina) to do an electrical inspection. Jonah came out two days later, inspected, and provided a report within 24 hours. Jonah noted an upgrade that was needed should we replace the washer/dryer. When that time came, I easily scheduled Jonah via email and text to make the necessary repair. Jonah is responsive, his rates are fair, and the work is impeccable. On top of all that, Jonah stayed an extra 30 minutes to help me reinstall the door I removed for the washer/dryer.

Jonah came over to wire up a hot tub for me that was previously done terribly by other people. We encountered a few issues along the way because of the prior bad installation but Jonah stayed extra time and worked with me to solve the issue and got everything done and looks fantastic and clean. He was always on time and very communicative and would send a message letting you know he's on the way. Highly recommend him and will definitely give him a call if need work again in the future

I recently purchased an electric vehicle and needed to have my Tesla wall charger installed. Jonah came highly recommended and I now know why. First of all the work that he did was was so clean, that you can't even see the conduits at all. He was on time, His communication was timely. Everything he said he was going to do, he did and then some. He even sent me post installation photos of the wall chargers internal wiring, in the event, I needed to reach out to Tesla and provide them installation photos.

This truly was a 5 star experience. Jonah returned my call almost immediately and arranged to come to our home and assess the job. He returned with the appropriate fixtures and installed a new phone jack. This required work in the crawl space under the house, not a fun job. He was at all times patient, polite, and respectful. We have owned and operated our own specialized service business for 27 years on Maui. Jonah was excellent! Jonah and his team exceeded all customer expectations. From the quick response to our call, the pre-work assessment and scope of work, the communication before, during and after the job was completed, on-time.... the work accomplished, which included repairing old outlets, installing new living room fixtures, outdoor utility plugs for our shop/garage, new garage and outdoor lighting and switches.....excellent. What a pleasant experience!

Jonas responded quickly to our initial call. Although he was booked out for two weeks, he offered to come by at the end of his workday to trouble shoot one of our four tasks—and took care of three of them, while making a weekend appointment to work on the fourth which was a larger project of installing four outside lights and an outlet with an interior dimmer switch.
Because we have a cedar home without traditional
two layered walls, most interior electrical must be run on the wall surfaces and is typically dressed up by using wooden wire covers which have recently been in short supply. Jonah went to several places to find them and made a special trip up to us so that I could paint them in advance of the project. The electrical portion of the job went smoothly and quickly, with the cosmetic woodwork taking most of the time. Throughout the project, Jonah was cheerful and friendly. His rates are reasonable and his quick grasp of good solutions was laudable. I would highly recommend him.

He did a clean job of replacing a junction box and the wiring to the junction box to make the wiring into my house safe. He did it in under a day and his work is very clean. When we moved into our fixer upper house, Jonah was personable, knowledgeable, communicated great and did great work with installing ceiling lights, repairing electrical switches, outlets and fixtures!
