Choosing Jake as my personal trainer has been the best decision I have made to improve my overall health in a long time. He is super knowledgeable about health/fitness and what my body needs to make changes. I really enjoy that he makes workouts specifically for me and shows me how to use the equipment correctly. Going to the gym can be intimidating, but Jake makes me feel comfortable and puts up with my early morning banter :) In my first 6 weeks, I lost over 8 inches, woo hoo! Looking forward to more progress and eventually being a transformation on one of his posters. Highly Recommend.

Jake is very well educated and takes his clients needs and expectations into consideration when creating custom fitness plans for each person. I have had several physical injuries and Jacob listens and modifies my workouts to make sure that I am staying safe while still getting an amazing workout. Jake trained me remotely for 10 weeks before while I was also training for a marathon. Thru consistent strength training, meal plan and support, I was able to improve my time, stay injury free, felt strong the entire race and had an easier recovery. As a runner, I have always primarily run/worked on my legs, but running less and strength training really WORKS. And as a swimmer, strength training has help me improve my speed and endurance in the pool. Jake as a trainer is supportive, responsive, and always checks in and gives advice, comments or replies to every single person who he works with. He truly cares about his clients and getting them the results that they want!

While in Maui for a month, I decided to finally get serious about getting back into shape. I was introduced to Jake through Maui Powerhouse Gym, and was very happy with the results. Jake created custom workouts for me and really emphasized how to do each exercise safely and for maximum results. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and always maintains a positive and encouraging attitude. I would highly recommend working with him.

I trained with Jake for the 5 week challenge. I have NEVER seen results so quick as I did with his personalized routines and meal plan. There was even a moment where my meal plan was not working since it required a lot of time in the kitchen and needed something I could meal prep more easier, I let him know and he Immediately went to work on a new meal and had it to me by end of day. Jake makes things personal and takes care of you through out the whole program. I really am happy we cross paths! recommend 100%

I have done the online training with Jacob and his technique is awesome. The diet plan and the workouts are more detailed to your goals. I gained more muscle in a short period of time. My fat lost and macros are on point from his program. Highly recommend Jacob for more training to get quality results.

I would highly recommend Jake to anyone who wants to make a significant fitness/health change! His knowledge on fitness and nutrition is top notch and he really made a difference in helping me lose body fat while maintaining and gaining muscle. I really got the most out of his 5 week FIT Challenge and everyone should give it a try. On his online training app he is an excellent coach and his response time to any questions/concerns is very fast. The app he has set up for clients is also user friendly and makes it easy to track your progress. What makes the online training so great is the connection that you can still have with Jake. Overall, Jake is a fantastic trainer and with his help he will help you achieve all of your fitness goals as he helped me achieve mine!

This online personal training program was great and, though it might sound overdramatic, it changed my life! I was worried that this program wouldn't work for me because I am a college student in Kansas and Jake is located in Hawaii; I thought the time difference would make it hard to receive quick responses, but Jake did his best to be sure I was taken care of.Jake was able to answer my questions and customize my plan as I moved forward; I gave Jake some of my goals in strength and, to my amazement, I was able to reach those goals!
I signed up for the 8-week plan; at first I though it might have been a little pricy but then I realized, after dividing out the money, personal advise and accommodation for 8-weeks is extremely reasonable.
I am someone that has taken exercise seriously and I thought I took diet seriously. Jake was able to challenge me to reach new goals in my diet and it resulted in a much leaner body; Jake was able to see that and assist me in getting the confident body I wanted... But it doesn't end there. These workouts are time efficient and challenging enough to get you motivated for the next day and not feel discouraged; so much so that I am now 10-weeks finished with the program and I continue to reach new goals and confidently tackle a workout on my own.
I've seen many of Jake's customers get the 4-week plan, but I honestly think the 8 week plan is perfect: you get more variety of workout, you learn how to separately gain and shred, and, primarily from my experience, I still had questions about my workout by week-5 so 4-weeks isn't enough time to utilize Jake for all the questions you might have.
I hope this helps, and though I definitely saw results in 4-weeks, there is still more to learn. after 10 weeks out, I have evidence that my life is changed because I have great self control in diet and a knowledge in how to build my strength

Wanting to avoid surgery for a torn rotator cuff and needing to improve my fitness Jacob customized workouts for where I was at at. We have progressed to where I have full mobility back with my shoulder and although i didn't take measurements or check my weight when we started training, I am wearing some clothes that didn't fit for many years...lol! I would recommend Jacob to anyone looking to improve their fitness, strengthen injured area's or get serious about their health and training.

I didn't think about getting a trainer until I hit a plateau, wasn't gaining weight or muscle on my own. I went through Jake's Fit in 5 Challenge online training program. His app helped me track my progress, showed me how much I was lifting each week, and talked to other people going through the program too. I'm out of my plateau now and ready to continue with his next training program.

I have been going to the gym on and off for almost a decade. I have had trainers in the past and I have done every known exercise DVD program under the sun. Some worked for awhile and well, some didn't work at all.

I moved to Maui in 2017 and knew I had to incorporate a gym routine as part of my daily life. So I joined Powerhouse Gym and started going regularly. I made a few gains at first but then felt myself getting into somewhat of a slump again and knew I had to shake things up.

I approached Jacob one day asking him a few questions about his technique and approach to training. I guess you could say, I was interviewing him. I wanted to understand his background, education on training and nutrition and his overall attitude. I was thoroughly impressed and became his client.

Jacob put me through the rigors of Upper and Lower body high intensity cardio training. There were days when I cursed him because he pushed me further than any trainer or myself for that matter had ever pushed me before. But I knew this is what I needed.

He taught me weight training techniques that made a difference, such as small adjustments that would transfer the energy to a specific muscle in order to make a difference. He made me focus on my core during every exercise and showed me multiple techniques when lifting weights to gain the most benefit without injury.

Most importantly for me, he knows what he is talking about when it comes to nutrition. He had me track my food consumption down to the macronutrient level and then made adjustments according to my goals. He's very educated on this topic and is eager to share that knowledge for his clients well being.

With Jacobs guidance, results started to happen. My body responded and I reached my goal weight! Down 20lbs. with a huge % of body fat melting away. I lost 3" off my belly and 1.5" off my waste at the same time gaining 1" on my chest, thighs and biceps.

I highly recommend Jacob for his fantastic approach to overall healthy living; training, nutrition and attitude!

Jacob trained me for 5 weeks during his Fit in 5 weeks and DANG was it a rough, exhilarating 5 weeks. The program is no joke, and will put you throw the wringer. I’m a low-moderate gym guy and this kicked my butt. Even while being miles away, with his easy to use app, openness, and great communication, he was a great trainer

I recommend Jake for anyone who is serious about wanting to make a change in their lives. Jake knew I had to pack on some weight to get ready to play division football at the university of Nevada this coming January. He devised a solid meal plan designed for weight gain to go along with an exceptional workout routine. Like I said if you are serious about wanting to make a change in your life not only physically but mentally as well then Jake is your guy.

Jacob (Jake Havron Fit) isn’t a generic online workout app that gives you the workouts that may or may not work for you or that you may or may not have the equipment to do. He really cares about your progress. 100% of what he does is customized to you. He had me send him a video of what I had to work with and he made every workout customized to me. I know him personally from college. I know how hard he works and how great of a guy he is. If you want a real trainer no matter where you live (I’m in ND and he is in Hawaii haha), Havron is the man you want.

Jacob Havron’s FitInFive program helped me make an incredible transformation. In 5 weeks I put on 15lbs of mass, leaned out, and gained the motivation to continue working out. Prior to this program it was hard for me to be motivate to workout as I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted and was unsure on form. With the help of the program I learned the improvements to form I needed and gained self-confidence. Jakob gave me just the push I needed to get too That next level in my fitness. Where also about the same height & body structure (over 6ft) so just seeing how far he’s progressed leaves me with no excuses & a tangible goal too work towards. But besides that he’s just a great guy with good energy & i would highly recommend him too any of my friends/family that would like that extra knowledge & push to get there fitness up!
