Dr Jonathan and his staff were amazing with my 12yr old son. They made him feel comfortable and we were seen right on time. Their availability to get us in for a visit quickly was really nice.

Dr. Jonathan Thomas is very caring and professional, I appreciate his calm demeanor and how he takes the time to treat me and my dental needs. Brandy, my hygienist is a "gem", she is fastidious in her cleaning skills, her attention to detail is outstanding and she has helped me keep my teeth and gums healthy, thank you! The staff is excellent, from the front desk to all the assistants I have experienced. This is an office, where everyone is happy to be there, creating a pleasant atmosphere for all!

The dental office was closed for Memorial Day; however, Kim called me back and squeezed me in for the next day. A veneer had fallen off one of my incisors and, as we had another 2-1/2 weeks left of our vacation in Maui, I really didn’t want to present with a smile without all of my teeth in place! Upon our arrival on the day of my appointment, Kim and Dr. Thomas were both friendly, professional and fulfilled my needs in quick order. I am so grateful to both of them and would recommend their office to anybody who needs dental assistance.

While visiting Maui, I needed to have a crown replaced. Smiles was close by where I was staying, so I gave them a try. VERY glad I did. Got in the next morning. The receptionist was very helpful in getting me the necessary forms to fill out. I was 20 Minutes early for my appointment and actually only waited a couple minutes before getting right in. Kim, the assistant was friendly and did all the prep work.

When Dr. Thomas came in, he asked some questions, did an exam, told me what they would have to do and explained as he went along, Did a great job and I was out in under 30 minutes.

Glad I went to them and would highly recommend Smiles with Aloha. They showed Aloha!!!

I'm so grateful to the doctor and his staff for the best dental experience of my long life! As someone with inherited challenges (first root canal at 15), I have a lot of comparisons. This practice is simply excellent. Very thorough, calm and caring, with gentle techniques and great communication throughout. I was offered care options as well as payment options. There was zero stress!

After decades of receiving dental work on Maui, Oahu, in Washington state, Australia, Hong Kong and Tijuana, Mexico, it became clear to me that what I wanted and what my body needed was excellent biological dentistry. Dr. Jonathan Thomas is an excellent biological dentist and he is on Maui. My visits with Dr. Thomas have been uplifting and ultimately life improving. I met "Dr. T." at a time when I needed a considerable amount of dental work done on the upper and lower arches to include timely emergency care. Prior to my visits, and in an effort to control costs over the course of a couple of years, I had explored the path of getting discounted dental work in Tijuana, Mexico. The work in Tijuana turned out to be sub-par and had left me in pain and discomfort with teeth that looked and felt bulky. This was when I went to Dr. Thomas at Smiles With Aloha at the recommendation of my neighbor. Once I was in the chair at Smiles with Aloha and under his care, I was profoundly relieved to be treated with his professionalism and care. With each step of progress made, it felt like I was finally able to relax and to fully trust. In time, Dr. T., his team and I achieved everything dental that I had hoped for, and this was a tall order. Today, I am deeply grateful and pleased to convey that what I wanted, which was to have zero root canals and zero metals in my head - no metal crowns, no metal fillings nor metal implants were all achieved. On top of all this work, I wanted to seize the opportunity to end up with a healthy, natural smile. Removing all dissimilar metals (gold, gold alloy, nickel) and replacing them with zirconium worked well for me. I am pain free and feel great. Specifically, it has meant the end of suffering from oral galvanism. As well, so far, I don't grind my teeth anymore. I eat to satisfaction without pain. Furthermore, beyond feeling good, I love to smile thanks to the fine cosmetic work Dr. T. has completed. What he does goes beyond dental surgery to a form of artistry. So many thanks to the intelligent, gentle, skilled, talented, even-minded, progressive, and caring Dr. Thomas and the A-Team he leads, with whom I have the pleasure to be acquainted...Brandy, Kim, Tracy, Gigi, Brandi, and Brianna. Thank you for being the professionals that I needed and hoped to find. I had previously thought it was necessary and more affordable to fly and cross boarders to find care. I stand relieved to share that that isn’t the case. Smiles with Aloha provided in-house dental insurance which gave me hope that I could get the work done and manage payment. Their plan got me on track, and they took care of all of my needs and hopes in a timely fashion, on Maui. The value of professional, competent, easy, convenient, doable follow up visits is not to be underestimated; these conditions are so important!!! I sincerely look forward to my dental visits! I wish they would participate with more insurance options . I still yet to have my filling removed due to health concerns. This is the only Doc I found that is available sooner Yaay. I will post comments later once my Appnt is completed. So far so good!!

It’s clean and beautiful and the staff are amazing and the Doctor is very professional and honest doesn’t try to upsell you.

As always best dental experience anywhere. Staff are all very friendly and the office is spotless. My hygienist is very knowledgeable and I have full confidence. I've recommended several friends over the years and they all say the same thing.

Everyone is friendly and efficient. The office is immaculate and has the most up to date technology for tooth healthcare. Dr. Jonathan has a light touch and he also has a very good esthetic on repairs. I highly recommend this dental office.
