My visit with Dr Ouch at the Kaiser Clinic was great. Everyone from the time I entered greeted me and helped me check in. They are professional and very friendly. They answered all my questions

Love this Kaiser! My pcp is at mauilani but in emergencies very quick to take you in. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors and last the pharmacy. Everyone there is very friendly. Feels like family.

We love Dr. Felicitas Livaudais...She is awesome...Our appointment today went smooth, and she made sure we covered current and past medical problems. We always leave happy...We need more doctor's like her who shows the love and care for their patients...

Other than that I truly hate my life for having Kaiser

Rude customer service at front desk. Nurse told me it wasn't company procedure to check my blood pressure when I was coming in for a depo shot. Nurse was annoyed to help. Even when my record shows I am on blood pressure medicine and told me to schedule a separate appointment for BP check. Really horrible customer service!

I am completely disgusted with this facility. Requiring me to leave premise to print a doctors orders at a UPS store to be able to fulfill my lab order which is extremely urgent for my doctor. Unable to print on site. Isn’t this the digital age. I was required to violate HIPAA compliance to complete a doctors orders. Thanks Kaiser, get your act together.

I've been going to this clinic since we moved here in year 2002. I cannot tell you how much this clinic and quality of doctors who have worked here have gone down hill. I find myself having to call the Kahului, Maui Lani, and even Lahaina clinics (to see Dr. Abott, who is the best!) to get better service and Doctors. All the better " primary" doctors we have loved and valued have left!! The biggest problem I have with Kaiser is that my son and I have been having the hardest time getting our regular prescriptions refilled! We have had certain prescriptions for many years and this pharmacy has tried to help us to contact our doctors. After many months now we are told doctors are on vacation or they have called in sick when my son did have an appointment! We still cannot get our prescriptions filled!
It has affected our health!! I am told to get to get same-day appointments with any doctor and then last week there's no doctors available!! It has been like trying to pull teeth to get our primary doctors to refill our regular prescription!! It seems no one cares!! I am so fed up with Kaiser and I usually have only sent in compliments about my doctors in the past!! For our family to be such loyal customers for over 15 years....
I do not expect this service when it comes to my health!!

If I could rate it no stars I would this clinic doesn’t follow up with patients prescribed medication never tells the patient they have prescription to pick it up and take it... and if they say they will call you back good luck they still haven’t called me back I had to call them for 3 days and wait a total of 4 hours on the phone for them to say they will call me back I think I’d die and be cremated before they return any call... Still waiting for the call
