Kaiser Permanente Maui Lani Medical Office

Never had anything remotely close to a bad experience here, from the always busy Pharmacy personnel to Urgent Care, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health and more. Always positive, and plenty prompt. Would recommend to my friends or family without reservation.

At Kaiser Permanente Maui Lani I needed a blood test. I went to the KP lab and they got me in within 30 seconds and I was out in 2:00 minutes! My phlebotomist was Jen Nerona. She is the best Ive ever had. Jen is the consumate professional. It did not hurt.

Went to Mauilani Kaiser, wasn't feeling well and when you're not feeling well you don't wanna wait a long time to see a doctor and since I didn't have an appointment so had to go through urgent care. I Waited about 30 minutes, got vitals checked then went back outside and waited for another 30 minutes then got to see my physician. Madelena Garcia, second time I've seen her. Shes always courteous and overall professionally great. She Prescribed what I needed. And I was off and on my way.

Everyone was very nice. When you have a medical issue it really means alot when all of the Kaiser staff treat you good. Thank you.

Staff was efficient and courteous. Dr Massenburg was in to examine, treat, and wright a script for me, and I was out within 30 minutes.

I brought my daughter to Kaiser’s urgent care at Maui Lani since she’s been sick for a while. The doctor was beyond helpful and was very informative on what i needed. Mahalo Nui Loa!

Love the new ability to let Kaiser know when I have arrived at the facility and the quickness to being seen.

My experience at Kaiser is always good, the nurses are very sweet and they always make my daughter feel comfortable, especially when she’s gonna get her routine shots. My daughter doesn’t like those, what child does but the nurses does a great job. And my child Dr. is awesome!

The ER & ICU staff saved my life when I was found not breathing and unconscious while visiting the island. I awoke, not only alive, but in the hands of the most caring and competent staff. Special kudos to Dr Song. My sons & patients are grateful too!

I have been sick since last Thursday I called get GCN which is very helpful but was told to come in and I saw one of the PA’s whose name is Krista Gorman, the minute she walked in the door she was just so kind and concerned. I truly was not feeling well at all but when I left I had the feeling of being taken cared of including the nurses that helped me as well . Thank you UCC MLN

I went to have lab work done at Kaiser Maui Lani Clinic. Waited less than 10 minutes and received wonderful service from the staff. Quick and painless! Thank you for providing such great care to your patients!

I have so much Appreciation for Kaiser Maui. The place is immaculate, well organized, & the staff is mostly wonderful. In all honesty no place is perfect but they come pretty close. The few times that I've had any issues they were quickly resolved & almost everyone is plesant to interact with. Thanks to Kaiser I have the best therapists, my Asthma is under control, & I have an adorable pair of prescription reading glasses. Everything is also kept on file so Dr.s & Hospital have acess to the same info. I've had family members in critical conditions get Amazing assistance at Kaiser.

Every time we go to Kaiser, the staff were always friendly and helpful. Even if you have to wait a bit sometimes...that's better then being quick and giving bad service.

I went in on Thursday morning at 8 to get my blood work done in the laboratory. There was no wait and the technician was very pleasant.
