Aloha Island Mart

Loved the gas station. So many don’t have the auto lock on the fill up handle and these guys do. Funny how it makes such a difference. But I like it!

Wish I could give this place 6 stars
(only based on my 1 time unique visit).

I Filled up my gas tank here and it was very efficient. I went in the store to use the restroom and buy a few snacks.

The customer in front of me was an older gentleman who was trying to pay with loose change- and was fumbling around. The cashier and other employee in the store were patient with him, but recognized that I was in a rush. The cashier and other employee assisted this gentleman with genuine attitude that showed they valued him.

They also recognized that I was in a rush- and "split up the work" to take care of me.

While I was in the store, I also took note that the restroom was clean, prices were good, and the employees were overall friendly.

3 weeks later, I got notice from my car rental company that I did not return my tank full; and even though I had a receipt from Hertz showing that it was returned full, Hertz did not accept their own receipt and needed one from the actual store. Being nearly 3 weeks after I purchased the tank, I had since shredded the receipt.

Fortunately, I called Aloha Island Mart, and was once again greeted with a friendly "Aloha". I explained my situation, and after providing information, the employee was efficiently and happily able to provide me with my receipt from gas I had purchased over 3 weeks before.

This gas station/convenient store has good prices, is clean, efficient, and has employees that go the extra mile to provide genuine service to their customers.

Their friendliness helped turned a rather unpleasant situation (with the rental company) into a much better experience.

I paid for my gas but we all know we tend to forget so I jumped in my truck and left the scene …. 24 hrs went by and I went back and with a surprise the store clerk his name is Chris told me I forgot to pump my gas and he put the money back on my card …. Just want take the time and thank the store clerk for his honesty and great customer service to all look at the light sign it says it all …..THANKS CHRIS I really appreciate that this guy deserves more your boss should be proud to have an employee like you if I had a business you would be the guy to run my store thanks again for showing what ALOHA means ❤

It is a gas station! The gas pumped nicely! Filled the tank before returning the rental car to the airport. Clean outside and clean inside. But still, a gas station.....

Locked my keys in the car by accident. Ladies working were very kind, let me use the phone then one of the workers let me use her personal cell to google a locksmith since the store phone was a land line. They offered me free coffee while I waited and chatted until help arrived. I love to go there bc of their chewable ice at the soda machine is wonderful plus their window washers at the gas pumps are always clean and fresh paper towels to clean windows. Thank you very much to the two wonderful ladies wish I thought to ask their names.

This place has secrets get good gas prices get good beer alcohol specials and you get great cigarette discounts you save money when you go to this store in kahului

Excellent hospitality/customer service. Always super friendly... unfortunately sometimes restrooms are not kept up and only one shared for Kane and Wahine!

One of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever taken my kids to at a gas station. My only complaint is the homeless population around the gas station that are relentless.

Some of the best spam musubi on the island. Nice staff, good prices, great convenience store. I used to stop by here every day on the way to work to get my energy drinks and musubi.

My Son and I stopped by at Aloha Mart and we got gas and some drinks and snacks and we really appreciate that it's so handy since we were just about out of gas and we had just left Walmart so I am very grateful for the Aloha Mart being right across the street from Walmart.
