I’ve only ever had great experiences with Dr. Glenn and the staff here. One of the best doctors I’ve ever met. The entire team is very compassionate, and personable. I’ve had a lot of doctors in the past who wouldn’t give the time of day, but Dr. Glenn takes the time to listen, is very informative and is attentive to needs. I’m thankful he’s here providing care to Maui.

Dr Travis Glenn saved my life. He is compassionate, supportive, and listened to my concerns. You can see he is passionate about what he does. He explained my blood test well, where I was, and where I was headed. He really put my health into perspective like I had never heard before. Him and all the staff are super kind and nice. Yeah, the billing may be a little challenging but who cares, thats not what is important. Whats important is your health and that you can spend more time on the earth with your family and friends. These are the best people I have come across on Maui hands down.  Mahalo Glenn Family!

I see Dr. Travis Glenn and so far I've had a great experience at every visit. He's very personable, compassionate, understanding, and informative. Him and his staff are very nice. I've delt with a lot of doctors before and so far he has been the most proactive and compassionate Doctor I've seen.

Dr. Bradley Glenn and his entire staff were amazing. Dr. Glenn is not only professional, he is truly concerned with your well being, addresses every concern, and takes the time to make sure that you understand everything. I would definitely recommend Glenn Family Medicine to anyone in need of a GP or medical attention on Maui.

Okay this office will reassure you in the quality-of-care category. The minute the doctor walked into the exam room we felt completely comfortable with him as if we had been under his care for years. I think were gonna like this doctor's office for our family.

Absolutely the best experience. Dr. T Glenn is a well rounded knowledgeable family practice provider with a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an MD.

I highly recommend Dr Bradley Glenn. He's very professional and thorough, is concerned and listens to your problems and what you've been thru. He does not rush you, and gives you advice. Office is very nice and clean, and the staff is all very helpful and gets you in right away!

I've had medical appointments with both Bradley and Travis Glenn and I feel I can recommend them for general medical care. They both spent a good amount of time with me during appointments and were open to any questions I might have had. Appointment scheduling with Dr's. Glenn was easy and I didn't have to wait long to see either one, once I became an established patient. They are both kind and considerate doctors who don't rush you through your appointment.

Dr. Glenn is amazing, but make sure you double check how they're billing. He's in-network with our insurance so an annual physical should be free. But we received a bill for $186 after insurance. Tried to work with the billing department but they won't do anything. I love Dr. Glenn, but billing issues is forcing me to find another primary.

Bradley Glenn, MD. My wife and I have both used him this year and we’re not impressed. My wife felt he didn’t seem to listen very well. Post visit notes don’t accurately portray what was said to him. Like many other doctors nowadays, he’s a pill pusher MD - aka “western medicine”. Only went there because our insurance wasn’t accepted by other doctors that were rated better. Switching insurance this coming year and will NOT go back. He went to med school in the Caribbean after a lapse after undergrad doing something completely unrelated to medicine - seems like maybe becoming an MD was a fall back plan? Also, Maui Health is sort of a screwed up arrangement with Maui Memorial and Kaiser with no online way to communicate with the doctors, etc. like normal medical groups. I guess if your old school and don’t mind just calling the office or making extra office visits for a question, it’s not an issue. Also, you will be charged two bills for a visit - one from Glenn Family Medicine and one from Maui Memorial. My brief visit incurred two ~$450 bills. So a little over $900 was billed to my insurance co. Seems high compared to when I went to a specialist that actually did something useful. The only useful thing Dr Glenn did for me was refer me to a different doctor.

I have been needing to be seen for a long time and called to schedule in July. Appointments were booked out for two months. I scheduled to be seen and then my appointment was lost. The receptionist said there was nothing she could do and now I cannot be seen until December. This is awful. Half a year to be seen for an initial visit when my health is declining and I need help. Nobody to take accountability to fix this so I can be seen.

If I could remove one star I would rate zero stars now because the clinic called back, and instead of caring to prioritize a patient's health and right a mistake on their end, the doctor decided to remove me as a patient. I probably dodged a bullet with this clinic. No accountability, compassion, or care.

Bandaid doc who just says uh huh when u genuinely need help. I thought he was awesome but he is not reliable and really doesn't care. Ps. 1 to 2 hrs overtime for any appt.

Terrible service, don't go here if you actually have medical issues that need to be addressed. They lost my insurance information monthly. Switched doctors after 3 visits.
