Customer service was outstanding. Our cashier was Kristel and she took the time to help the Aunty in front of us with such genuine concern. The friend I was with was born and raised here and said THAT is how Maui always used to be. It was truly refreshing to run across such a kind spirit. We need to clone this lady!!

The pharmacist went beyond the call of duty in trying to get me a prescription for cholesterol pills that I had forgotten at home while on vacation. She talked to my pharmacy at home (From Maui Hawaii to New York State on the east coast. She even contacted my doctor for the script. She was wonderful.

The cashier made the extra effort to take me to the exact location of the sewing kit that I wasn’t able to find on my own. Excellent customer service support.
