Maui Schooner

We have been coming here for over 20 years and just love it! The complex isn't too big, it's beautiful, faces a park out to the ocean or pool/ocean, and is very well maintained/updated inside and out! My only wish would be for an inside treadmill for exercise with a/c since I can't take the sun for very long.

Kind and knowledgeable staff! They have a lobby full of beach equipment and games, tennis/pickle ball courts, putting green and more for your stay. Very clean rooms. Lovely and fragrant plumeria circle. Clean pool and grill area. Truly zero complaints and hope to return ASAP. Mahalo!

We Stayed Here the Week of Thanksgiving 11/24/23 , What a Great Resort, Great Staff, and Great Pickleball. This Resort is Located in one of the Best Places on the Island, putting you in position to go everywhere. Awesome 👍🏿😎 Aloha

Staff was friendly, and the room was great! We had a 2 bedroom unit, with one of the bedrooms being a loft. It also had 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, balcony, and washer and dryer. It worked perfectly for when we wanted to cook instead of eating out, and it's great to be able to wash clothes during your trip. It also has a nice pool area and lovely landscaping, with easy access to the park and beach as well.

Can't beat the view or the price. You have to do a bit more things than a normal resort, like take out the trash and start the dishwasher, but it's worth it for the price.

Rented a condo for a couple of nights here. We got in late, which was not a problem because of the on-site security guard.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen included all needed utensils. Beach chairs and a cooler were also available.

This was wonderful! Quiet, beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, walking on the beach, the putting green, and tried pickle ball. Very nice kitchen allowed us to do most meals ourselves. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch on our balcony but had to eat supper inside due to the heat and sun of the afternoon.

I have stayed at the Maui Schooner on two separate occasions. The property is well maintained and the rooms are spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Office Staff were very helpful with all my requests. Will stay there again if going to Maui.

My first impression as we walked in the door was of the condo being exceptionally sharp and clean. We were very happy with everything about the condo, including the furnishings, kitchen items and appliances. We loved the view from the lanai, overlooking the pool and a partial view of the ocean. It's actually much more comfortable later in the day not facing directly west. It was very comfortable sitting on the lanai for about the first half of the day. The last half of the day the winds were quite strong, but they calmed some as the week went on. (the weather was affected a bit by hurricane Darby when we were there) There are many amenities. Also very important was the elevator, since we were on the 2nd floor. We have stayed in many different condos in Hawaii, and have had to haul luggage up stairs about 70% of those stays.

Had an absolute blast staying at the Maui Schooner. Rooms were perfect and clean, easy access to the beach, and the tennis courts were awesome. Pool and hot tub were nice and very clean. My family will be returning to the Maui Schooner.

Had such a great time at Maui Schooner! We had the 2 bedroom suit. It is big, well designed and well maintained. Beds are Huge and very comfortable. The Balcony is the best part of the entire staying. We ended up eating nearly all meals there. It faces partially the Garden and partially the ocean. The bird chirping in the morning and beautiful tropical garden were such a tranquil experience… the suit is well equipped with nearly everything a family with kids need, even beach towels and beach chairs… highly recommended…

We had a phenomenal stay at the Maui Schooner resort. The room we booked was fantastic. It was huge, beautiful, and had all the amenities that we didn’t even expect. Great pool area and grills, and super nice staff in the lobby. The beach out back was beautiful, and better than I expected from the description. It was rocky as described, but many people did swim and it was great for just enjoying the beach. We saw many turtles there too. I would definitely stay here again, and we all agreed how amazing the suite was. Near lots of fun things to see and do too. Thank you Maui Schooner for making our trip perfect.

We are right in the middle of a fantastic stay at Maui Schooner. The suite is perfect - a beautiful 2 bedroom with exposed beams and an amazing loft, which came stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, towels, cooler, etc. The beach is located just behind the property and we have already spent a few sunsets there. The staff has been incredibly helpful and accomodating. Located a (very) short drive to local swimming beaches and some really fantastic restaurants. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I regard myself as spoiled. I have never stayed in a "timeshare or condo" This place was really nice. Wonderful pillows, soft sheets, and really nice towels. They provide beach chairs, coolers, and fluffy beach towels. The plates and cooking utensils were nice and the knives were sharp. We had a two-bedroom on the ground floor and we were able to walk out and take our Mai Tais and our meals and just walk to the beach and enjoy. The kitchen was great to cook in. Outdoor tables to watch the sunset. Thank you for providing a great place to have a 10-day vacation at a very very reasonable price. Loved the BBQs at the pool. We never and I have to say, went out to dinner. A few stops at the local grocery store and Costco and we were set for the entire stay. Thank you and I hope to be back soon.

This is a very nice complex. We were able to see sunsets like this every night. The condo is very clean, quiet, fully furnished with all the necessities. We will definitely come here again. It's location is close to beaches, and plenty of eating places.

Good Location close to shops and restaurants. Place had everything you need to cook.. Front desk had Pickle Ball, Tennis Racket, and Bodyboard to check out for free. Close to the beach.

Great place to stay. We stood here for a week they have a full kitchen set up 2 beds four ppl TV cable wifi elevator and walking distance from everything great restaurant near by . Beach behind the pool tennis courts shuffle board hot tub the rooms are like apartment fully loaded with everything you need the staff is helpful nice super friendly the view from the balcony was breath taking and the stars at night amazing

I could not say enough good things about this condo. We got a two story condo with two bedrooms, two bathroooms, and a pull out couch with a full kitchen. The condo was so nice, so well maintained. The pool was amazing and the condo was so great at maintaining covid protocols. We got to reserve about an hour a day with just our family. The condo has its own beautiful beach next to the tennis courts. We loved watching the sun set each night. It was so lovely.

First time in Maui and this was a recommendation from a friend. The staff there was super nice. We had a 2 room condo, everything was clean, the decor wasn't super modern but it wasn't out of date either. We were on the second floor at the top of the stairs which I was skeptical about because I thought there might be high traffic noise, but we never heard a peep. The view from our balcony was great, we were able to sit out there in the morning and it was peaceful. The landscaping is gorgeous and very well kept. You can walk to the beach, it a good idea to take your beach chairs and wear water shoes because it is rocky. But there are other beaches that are better. The only thing I didn't like, was outside my bathroom window is the small smoking area they have. I just kept the window closed. But nothing like not being able to leave it open, to make you want to open it! 😃
