Villa Moana

My first time in Maui (Hawaii in general) was met with the most wonderful experience near the water. Made amazing friends. The place was immaculate, every detail was thought about from the towels, to the fancy soaps in the bathrooms, toys for the kids to play, and a fully stocked kitchen for us to cook at home. It was a dream for us. I'll definitely reserve the place again.

We had a large family group (17including babies) stay here June 2024. We were so appreciative of the space, and everything was included for the frequent cooking/grilling that we did. The large grassy lawn that led right to the beach was amazing. That section of beach happens to be a spot where large sea turtles come ashore.
Staying in the authentic city of Kihei was a plus, and we found it convenient as we headed to all the sights- a harbor boat charter, Te Au Moana luau, the road to Hana, and a pineapple farm tour. We all fell in love with Maui, and this lodging was a large part of it.

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Moana! It was perfect for our multi-generational family! We loved being oceanfront and watching beautiful sunsets every night and whales during the day from the gorgeous lanai. The beds were super comfortable and the A/C worked great. The kitchen was well equipped and we liked the EO lavender bath products that were provided. All the beach gear was in the shed! What a perfect place for a large group.

We had a memorable stay at Villa Moana. Within the first day, we were contemplating which near term family celebration warrants another visit here. We had a group of 17, young and less-young, and there was plenty of space for everyone, both privately for families/couples and communally for the entire group. We love to cook and the kitchen had everything one would ever need to make their favorite dishes. Villa Moana felt like home for our entire stay.

We LOVED our visit to Villa Moana. The villa is beautifully remodeled, with an air conditioner in every room. We were literally steps from an amazing beach where the sea turtles would come to rest (we were there for a full moon and counted 19 of them one night)! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in house. We also used the gas grill one night. The house was well stocked with all the essentials as well. We had snorkel equipment and beach chairs. We liked that even though it’s close to the resort area, it’s actually in a residential area. Wyatt was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs. We can’t wait to go back!

What a wonderful place to stay. Absolutely the best stocked rental I've been to. It has everything you need!! Wyatt is awesome with responding quickly and making recommendations. The home is awesome and the view is AMAZING! To sit on the upper deck and see the Oceanview is breath taking!

Amazing experience! From before we even booked through our entire stay, Wyatt and Scott were an absolute pleasure to work with. The villa itself was gorgeous - clean, well decorated and FULLY equipped with all the staples (so we literally had nothing to worry about when we got there) - and it was restocked midway through our stay! The backyard was beautifully kept and just steps away from the beach. Sea turtles visited the shore with us nightly making for a truly unique experience. We chose to rent the entire villa for our party of 14 adults - but would happily return and rent just one of the units another time with a smaller group too! We had nothing short of a perfect vacation experience.

We stayed in the entire house (3 units) with a group of 16. The house was fantastic. Everything was thought of, from pantry staples, to beach toys, to floor layout. The views are spectacular, the bedding and bathrooms are top notch, and Wyatt and Scott were so easy to work with, from booking through our stay. They were very responsive to our questions during out stay. The house is centrally located, and grocery, pharmacy and shops are a 5 minute drive. We would highly recommend this property!

I can’t begin to explain how thoughtful the property is laid out, equipped and managed. Wyatt is such a pleasure to work with and super flexible with arrival times and checkouts etc. This property was perfect for my family. Open the large sliding walls and take in a stunning view of whales breaching and teaching their young ones how to swim. Snorkel to the edge of the reef and swim with curious turtles. Sit on the beach at sunset and then wait for the turtles to come out of the water to sleep on your beach! Just wonderful. A quick walk to food and drink and grocery. An easy Uber to anything else. Wyatt and his team will literally do anything to make tour trip perfect and they are always improving the property. Of the three families that stayed with us - they all report this is the best vacation they’ve ever had. From 3-13urs old all of the kids found something magical at this location. You’ll never remember spending the money - only how great a time you had with your family. Highest recommendation I can give and we’ll be back next year!

If you want your vacation to be a beautiful get away, STAY HERE! This villa is gorgeous with wonderful hosts that make sure you are taken care of the entire time you are there. There is not a single room that doesn't have a good view!

How do you give a review to something that was even more than you dreamt of? While we knew this villa looked perfect from the pictures, it almost looked too good- like it was photoshopped. But it wasn’t. The house looks exactly like the pictures online! But it was more than a house. From the moment we inquired about the house to the day we left- Wyatt was simply amazing! He was super quick and thorough with all responses. He made us feel like family. He thought of things that we hadn’t even thought we needed! The location was wow and wow! Perfect sunsets from the backyard, balcony or on the beach, just literal steps from the house. Sea turtles on our beach every evening to sleep. One night we counted 39 (and probably more still coming later). Lots of room in the house to spread out for alone time and lots of room for together time. Our multi-generational family of 15 were able to enjoy dinner together on the balcony; cousins played croquet and ball in the great backyard; adults found quiet nooks outside to read and sunbathe; rent a stand-up paddle board and get right on the water and when going to the beach, just grab chairs, towels and snorkel gear from their shed and you are all set! There is not enough space to write everything about the house and especially about how much Wyatt treated us like family! This is a vacation and house that our family will be talking about for generations!

This Earth Day Celebration was held at the VFW Post in Maui. The event was held outside. Outdoor stage under a huge shady tree surrounded by multiple picnic tables allowed for safe spacing during COVID. The perimeter was lined w craft and service booths.

I used to live here before it got remodeled into a hotel. Fantastic ocean front view with spectacular sunsets, while still within walking distance of everything you'll need. This location is definitely worth it!

Great view and nice accommodations.

stayed on the first floor, no view, but heard the ocean, no stove in any of the kitchens on the first floor and a ton of people taking their daily walks through the backyard , no privacy...tons of coral on the beach in front of home hard to enjoy unless you cut your feet.
