Valley Isle cleaners could not have been more accommodating. I am so impressed with their customer service. I brought a few items in to get tailored and they forgot to do a pair of pants. I needed them done for a flight that I was taking the next day so they drove them over to Kihei where the Seamstress lived waited in the car while she finished the job and then drove them back to Kahului where I picked them up the next morning this level of customer service is very rare!

This is a really well run dry cleaner. It’s definitely the best in Hawaii and probably one of the best ever. Paul, The Owner cares about his business and takes a lot of pride in the Drycleaning Business.

This is the only cleaner I go to where the white comes back white. The clothes come back looking better than when they were brand new.

We use them more and more because we know we can trust them with our apparel.

This Dry Cleaner is probably the best in Hawaii. The New Owners have so much pride in their work. I was so thrilled when I picked up my cleaning. The work was impeccable and it reminded me of the cleaners I went to in San Marino, California which was the best cleaner I ever went to.

The High Standards they bring to Maui will amaze you. They do a perfect job. It’s so much better than anything I have seen in Hawaii. They understand fabrics and apply their knowledge to do beautiful work. I am really thrilled with all my clothes when I pick them up. It’ s like having a brand new wardrobe.

Great quality service with alterations. My company also uses them for Executive dry cleaning and laundry. I average around 20 pieces each month. Never had a problem or challenge with their work. Highly recommended them!

This is THE BEST cleaners in the world!!!!! I drive all the way across the island to bring my clothes here. They are the only cleaners I have ever used ANYWHERE that has white garments come back white! Pablo treats all my favorite things as if they are also his favorites.

Excellent dry cleaners & Laundry services. I needed clothes cleaned, pressed and boxed for travel. They took care of it without waiting a week as other cleaners nearby required.

Mimi is the owner and works her business. She is extremely pleasant and has 30 years in dry cleaning. She is also an excellent seamstress. We were staying at the Fairmont in Wailea. She took care of our needs and delivered the clothes to the Fairmont the same day. Thank you Mimi

Drapes came out great. We're ready on date promised. Also did mending. Would recommend them.

Button down shirt and a two piece suit for pressing.
Shirt still has a few wrinkles, which isn't bad, just an annoyance since I paid for it.
The jacket of the suit is fine. But the trousers have a wrong crease, which is clearly visible and looks very unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst dry cleaning service I’ve ever seen. More than once I’ve stressed how I wanted my shirts and every time they come back worse if that’s possible. Collars are wrinkled, pressed poorly, and unwearable. I work at kaanapali beach club and from this point forward putting in a recommendation to switch services. When I called the owner laughed and said why am I complaining? Are you serious lol? Going to do my best to have all accounts removed from service. Don’t recommend to anyone.

They are horrible!!! They gave back a police uniform belonging to another officer, to me. When I returned it - no apology or anything. Woman at the front blamed it on the 20 workers in the back. She gave me the correct uniform only to find out the pants were still not the right ones!!!! Just FYI, all police uniforms have the label with names on the inside!!!! Try look!!!!
Terrible customer service, they’re expensive & takes 4 days to get anything done unless you want to pay extra!!!
Just saying, a genuine apology without an attitude would have been nice. You got no business without customers!!!!!!

The owner is horrible, expensive and has a very bad attitude. She is running a sweatshop, don’t go here. She’s a rip off.
