Geste Shrimp Truck

Located in a food truck park with lots of different options, more affordable than other areas on the island. This food truck is cash only so be prepared for that. I ordered the Hawaiian scampi and a shrimp bowl. The shrimp was great. The mac salad was good but not incredible. Covered picnic tables to eat at.

Ths food truck is in a food truck „park“ with about 10 other trucks. I think they might all be delicious but we only ate at Geste. There is another park on same street and side about 100yards down we did not explore. This one is directly across if the Costco gas station immediately at that T intersection. There are about 15 picnic tables. Need to share tables with others.

We ordered Hawaiian scampi and spicy pineapple.

I think the Hawaii scampi is at least 4.5 stars perfect fresh shrimp

We ordered extra crab Mac the crab Mac 3 stars was only ok. I was expecting heaven. It’s not very special. Still tasty.

We also ordered spicy pineapple that one was a bit less delish but still tasty maybe 3.75 stars. I think it had the garlic scampi base then added pineapple sirracha somehow I didn’t find the total combination go that well together, hence lower rating.

Right next to airport. Perfect first stop after landing in Maui. Had the Hawaiian and Pineapple shrimp plate. Both were excellent

Such good skriimmppppsss!!! The place is amazing! Make sure to go here if you are visiting. Our friend told us we had to go, so we made it our last stop before the airport. And wish we had stopped sooner so we could have gone back. Also the crab Mac. Top notch!!!

This place was recommended in several YouTube videos! And trust me they are not wrong. Absolutely loved the Shrimps! Never tasted Shrimps so fresh and tasty. I went there several times in my single trip to Maui. We tried Hot & Spicy Shrimp plate which comes with sides of steamed rice and crab salad, Spicy Pineapple Pupus and Pepper Lemon Shrimp plate. Definitely recommend this food truck for some juicy shrimps….CASH ONLY

Ate here when we landed and before we left! Love this place so much, definitely the best shrimp we’ve had on Maui and Oahu and worth the stop!

Got the Hawaiian and Spicy Pineapple shrimp, both are fantastic!

Great portions, great flavor and I love the crab Mac salad’s subtle flavor, it’s not too overwhelming, creamy or heavy.

This is cash only, and there is not ATM on site, but there are gas stations and stores around you can stop at on your way.

This is also a food truck park, but it’s set up well, always have tables available, covered seating and I love all the chickens running around!

If you love spicy food, shrimp and mac cheese. Just try their shrimp. This was one of the and few good food we had durimg our trip. Highly reccommed.

Wow!! Geste was excellente! We stopped in to the little food truck village to grab lunch after landing in Maui. The prices were a bit high but the tastes did not disappoint. I had the pineapple shrimp and I’d say it was one of the best shrimp meals I’ve had! Great quality of food from a food truck, so much so we went back before leaving!

Best garlic shrimp on Maui!  A MUST!  This is the first place you need to stop by at when you are in Maui.  You go here right after you land at the airport and pick up your car.  It is also the first place u go to before you get on the airplane and leave!

Tried all the flavors but still love the classic Garlic the best!  15 dollars a plate and good portions given.  There are benches to sit at and a hand washing station.  Lots of parking but limited seating.

Best meal I’ve had in Maui, and I can’t wait to go back tomorrow. I have the shrimp Hawaiian scampi and the spicy pineapple (both 11/10) imho. A must do and try in Maui! It’s right next to Costco so you can grab some supplies as you land and make it your first meal!

Fantastic first meal on Maui. I ordered the shrimp scampi plate on the server/cashier’s suggestion and was not disappointed. There was no lack of shrimp on the plate and the rice and mac salad were plentiful as well. For garlic-lovers like me, this plate packed such a garlicky punch! This is a meal that I would eat over and over again.

Amazing food at the Geste Shrimp Truck. The Hot & Spicy flavor was incredible, the sauce was amazing with the rice. Crab Mac Salad tasted great on the side. Hawaiian flavor was a mix of butter and garlic, also very good, but the wife and I liked the Hot & Spicy just a little bit more.

Compare to other shrimps trucks out there in maui, geste is one of the best we tried. Also this place is cash only.

Garlic shrimp is a must when you're in Hawaii. This was my first time having it in Maui but it's just as delish as when I had it in Oahu. This food truck is located in an open area along with many other food trucks. It's a shared space with plenty of tables to sit at.

The shrimp plate comes with 12 shrimp of your choice of flavor and also a side of rice and crab mac salad. This is a cash only establishment but you can also use Venmo to pay. I love the portion and you can easily share it between two people. Lots of flavor in the sauce and a good amount of spice. Service was friendly and quick.

Stopped by the Geste shrimp truck when we landed here in Maui. Be prepared for a wait as they are very busy. Ordered the combo plate with the sausage and shrimp mix with the Hawaiian seasoning. Wife order the shrimp plate with the spicy pineapple. The crab mac salad was perfect with not too much salt no strong mayo taste. The shrimp itself is perfectly seasoned as I find that Giovanni's is too salty. Spicy pineapple has a little kick to it but by no means is it spicy if that's what you're looking for.

The food here is so delicious! They are cash-only, so be sure to bring cash. My one gripe is that the shrimp have shells, so you either have to peel them (but they’re saucy) or eat the shells. It was so yummy that we just went ahead and ate the shells though.

Some of the best shrimp I’ve had. I got the three flavors. Hot n spicy, pineapple scampi and garlic butter. All flavors were great but the pineapple scampi was by far the best. Location was great and had plenty of parking and seats. Great to enjoy the beautiful weather. Also their side of crab macaroni was amazing ! The cashier at the window was helpful in explaining the menu. Definitely recommend this spot.
