Maui Gold Pineapple

This was my husband and I second tour with Maui Gold. We went last year and loved it so much we decided to go again and take our family.
We were surprised the ownership had changed, but that didn't make a difference. Our tour was fun, and our driver was very knowledgeable and funny.
You are picked up in front of the Pineapple store in a small bus and then driven across the street where you will see all different sizes of pineapples.
Getting out of the bus for pictures and trying the pineapples is always the best part. You also learn a lot about the history of the farm and the employees.
At the end of the tour, the driver takes us to the building where all the pineapples are ready to be shipped out in boxes and where we also get our own pineapple in a box to take home that is TSA approved.
If you want to take your pineapples home, I recommend doing the tour on your last days in Maui.
We also took advantage of their monthly subscription box of Pineapples and love it!

Great tour, I learned how pineapple grow and the history of Maui Gold Pineapples. At the end of the tour they gave us a taste of a freshly cut pineapples. I didn’t know know they could be taste so good. Before we headed out they gave each of us a pineapple to take home.

We had a great time! We loved seeing all of the different stages of the pineapple plant. We LOVED eating pineapple fresh from the field. It was so interesting to learn the whole process and how much work it is to grow and process pineapple! Makes me appreciate it even more! And especially the quality of their pineapple, so so so delicious! The best I have EVER eaten! The best part is! You get to take a pineapple home at the end that is packaged to go on the plane! And they will check it for free!!!!

What a great time!!! We wanted to take a few pineapples back home for souvenirs, and for a few extra bucks, decided to take a tour. My kids and grandchildren enjoyed it immensely, learned so much, had some great samples, and made memories! Thank you Maui Gold!!!

The Pineapple Farm Tour was fun and interesting. We got to taste the delicious pineapples and came home with four of them plus a crown! Now we're attempting to grow them thanks to their instructions. :) Our only regret is we didn't get to see the distillery and do a tasting. We booked thru a third party and didn't realize they were separate.

We are from Canada so seeing a pineapple farm for us was amazing! We went on a Monday and got to see the workers harvest. Tour guides and staff were all super! A total must do when in Maui!

We enjoyed the tour. They gave us pineapple to taste. It was so good and sweet but not too sweet. The bonus was getting to take home a pineapple. The information I leaned was a lot and couldn’t remember it all. When I asked if they has a sheet with all the information they said no but they took my email and sent me a video with how to grow pineapples at home. They were all so nice.
We also did the distillery tour and that was good also. The bonus was the tasting after.

We recently went on a tour of the pineapple farm. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely do it again. Our tour guide, Mo, did an excellent job--he was very informative and answered any and all questions. We highly recommend the tour and Mo!

What a unique and fun experience! It was interesting learning about the commercial farming of pineapples and visiting a slice of Maui life that most visitors don’t see.

My daughters were in heaven. Our group sampled 3 pineapples, so we all got at least 3 bites. Then we got to bring "home" one per person. Ours didn't make it out of the state. :)

Best pineapple tour ever! We have done it twice now and love. The guide is awesome, the views are spectacular and you get a pineapple for each person on the tour.

Fun tour with a knowledgeable and amusing guide. Everyone in my family of five learned a surprising amount of new information about pineapples. Eating fresh cut pineapple while standing in the warm Maui sun, with a stunning view of the ocean below, is an experience we'll never forget. We're glad we took the time to do it.

It is absolutely wonderful. I think I’ve ruined my husband now, the store bought ones don’t even compare.

I personally love your pineapple too. It sweet and not acidic, which the store bought ones are.
