Each time working with them, always super helpful. Timely, and accommodating. Very easy going making this process smooth and easy for me and my family. Loved the extra gear I could grab if needed (such as binoculars, snorkel gear, beach gear, etc.) you name it, they just don't disappoint. Most of my family used this rental service, and the ones that did not were disappointed and wish they had went with Cruisin' Maui. Definitely recommend using Cruisin' Maui Rent-A-Car. And near there pick up spot they have the best food trucks to eat, you can't beat working with them! 👍👍🤙

Great customer service! They picked us up from the airport, did paperwork like 2 minutes away at their location next to the food trucks, had an awesome lunch at Thai Me Up Food Truck then headed to Lahaina. We appreciated the Jeep had the auto roof so was easy to put the top down. The drop off was easy as well and they gave us a ride to the airport just a few minutes away. We would absolutely rent from them again. Thanks so much!

We have been using their rental cars for a couple years now and we couldn't be happier. They are prompt in picking you up in your car at the airport and checking you in at their office located nearby across from Costco...very convenient. Definitely need to give them a try you won't be disappointed. Prices are awesome.

One of the easiest vehicle rental experience processes I have ever had. I reserved my vehicle months ahead of time and sent them all the necessary documents. They picked me up at the airport in the vehicle, and it was about 15 minutes at their lot while they reviewed paperwork with me and I made the payment. I would highly recommend renting from here and I am sure to rent from here next time as well. Staff is really great to work with. Thank you all that helped me at Crusin' Maui.

Our stop on Maui would not have been the same if we hadn't hooked up with the Jeep from Cruisin Maui. We were able to see the entire loop of the Road to Hana, including the back side. The staff at Cruisin were amazing and made it so easy to set up and deliver the rental. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Maui!

It was great getting picked up and dropped off at the airport in the vehicle we rented. They tell you exactly what color and what vehicle, including license plate number to look for. We also rented camping gear which included a tent, sleeping bags and self inflatable pads, pillows, ice chest, lantern, some cups, towels and a Maui guide. There’s another set you can get with cooking gear, but we didn’t need that. They responded quickly when we arrived and when we were heading back to return our vehicle. We had a Jeep Wrangler soft top. So much fun!! The group of guys were so chill and nice, they talk to you as if you’ve been friends for years. You submit the vehicle you want, they let you know which color you will have. you don’t pay until the day before pickup. I’ll definitely be using them when I go back to Maui. Now I’m looking for a similar renting company for the big island. It’s so much more personable going this way. Thank you Crusin Maui 😁

So nice to rent from a local business than a big chain. Great customer service, everything went super smoothly. For the pice of a regular car from the big chains, we were able to rent a luxurious BMW convertible! Way cool riding the full loops around Maui with the top down.

The team was amazing! We traveled from GA, so after a long day of traveling it was nice to know we had a ride from the airport! The Jeep we rented was awesome! 2021 Sahara! Leather, navigation and a hard top to boot! I'm so glad we rented a jeep instead of a mustang or something.. You need to rent a jeep to see all of the back country stuff! Crusin Maui has, bar far, the best prices for renting jeeps! Their process was very straightforward. No surprise fees or anything. They take a 360 video of the jeep before and after. You answer a few questions, and your on your way. We look forward to renting from Cruisin Maui again!

I searched for the perfect jeep for our stay in Maui. We wanted a soft top 4 door and most rental places do not offer that. Luckily I found Cruisin Maui Rent a Car. They got back to me immediately and confirmed that I would be able to rent exactly what we wanted. The communication was great and the best price for what we wanted. Definitely will use them again when we come back.

Amazing! Such speedy and friendly service. We requested a green Tacoma and it’s exactly what we got! Was spotlessly clean and brand new. The employees are so nice , easy to talk to and communicate with. Braison picked us up from the airport super quickly, and Nikki helped us out with picking up the car. We loved it so much we ended up buying our own Tacoma a week after coming home from this trip!! Needless to say, this experience was fantastic and we will gladly book with Cruisin Maui if we return!

Cruisin’ Maui gave me an all star experience. I reach out to them and they got back to me right away. I was able to upload all documents prior to arriving in Maui. They sent me a message a little over 24 hours to confirm my arrival and departure and gave me explicit direction about where to go and where we are going as a group to pick up the car. This company picked and dropped us off to the airport. When I come back, I am choosing Cruisin’ Maui! I highly recommend! Such a great experience!

Hands-down the best rental car experience ever!!

The process could not be simpler: you request a quote for the types of vehicles you want, they send you a list of available vehicles with your OTD quote, and you let them know what you want. They keep constant comms with you until you arrive.

I really enjoyed the ease and speed of getting my vehicle.I was picked up from the airport, took a 2 min drive to their lot, and signed the agreement, and was send on my way. No pressure on getting insurance since I had my own.

Compared to typical rental car companies that take forever to get you out the door, and give you a guilt trip if you don't take their insurance, this place is a god send.

The vehicle was amazing and did the job. Did the full road to Hana loop, and went to Haleakala crater with it.

Really positive experience with these guys: they picked us up at the airport with the car we would be driving, showed us where to return it (we had a very early flight so they let us leave it at the airport for them to pick up later) told us where the best gas prices were for later pick up and we got a deal on our rental which was a little over $600/week for the rental plus full coverage insurance. The car was clean and drove really well. Will definitely use this company again in the future!

Great company! Of everything we did on this trip this was the most straight forward thing that happened. Flat rate, no BS. Easy paperwork and we received everything we were told we would. Reserved the car, texted when we got there, and got picked up in the brand new soft top jeep. Loved the truck. Could not have gotten a better first impression of the people of Maui! Thank you. I've already recommended to some friends hitting Maui in February.

Cruisin’ Maui made the rental process extremely easy. They picked us up at the airport and took us to their rental location that is just down the road. We were there for just a few minutes before heading off in a nice Jeep Wrangler. When returning the Jeep, we simply took it back to their rental location and they drove us to the airport. Both gentlemen that assisted us were extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely rent from them again!

Great experience renting a Jeep from Cruisin Maui for a few days. They picked us up from the airport and the paperwork process was efficient. The jeep was already loaded with the adventure gear we requested (beach towels and snorkel gear, but plenty of other options) which was awesome and allowed us to get straight on the Road to Hana. We drove all the way around Hana which Cruisin Maui does not have an issue with. The booking experience and communication was exceptional, and I will definitely be renting with them next time I’m on Maui. Thanks!

Great deal! Great Jeep! Amazing customer service- everyone very friendly and helpful. LOVED our PowerTop Jeep! Having the convertible Jeep took this trip to the next level! Having the ability to open and close the top with no removable pieces to store was exactly what we needed staying in a hotel. The staff at Cruisin made sure we got the exact model we requested - no surprises with these folks! Got exactly what was promised. If you are on the fence- DO IT! Being able to snap photos from a moving vehicle with nothing obstructing your view was priceless! See some of my road shots attached below! Not to mention working on that tan while making your way to your next hike or down the road to Hana! Speaking of the road to Hana- no rental agreement restrictions regarding the “backroad” to Hana. That was much appreciated! The model we had was an unlimited sport- this model felt pretty loaded- great sound system, Apple car play, upgraded headlights (had the halo and bright blue xenon…def looked cool) and power everything. The safe in the console is very handy! Allowing us to leave the windows and top down knowing everything was out of sight and secure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will def use these guys on our next trip!

Absolutely awesome from start to finish! The jeep and experience were exactly what we were looking for on the island. Not only did we get lei'd upon arrival, but we were also able to rent beach chairs, towels, and fins (and much more) directly from Cruisin Maui, which was very convenient and affordable. What an amazing experience with these guys. We spent the first half of our trip on Kaanapali, walking around and enjoying transit and the trolley, but knew we needed a vehicle for the remainder of the trip. When we moved on to Kahului for the last half of our trip, we rented a vehicle to do the Road to Hana and the Haleakala Crater. The customer service we received from Crusin' Maui was unparalleled. The responses we received through email and text were straightforward and thorough. Even when we had a last minute flight change, the drop off and vehicle return went so smoothly (they also drop you at the airport if needed). I'd highly reccomend them to anyone visiting. Awesome car rental company!! Very affordable rates, I’m under 25 but there’s no extra fee as opposed to other rental companies so I was hooked on that. I got a Jeep Wrangler and it was amazing!! Definitely will use them again when I come back to Maui!
