Fantastic ocean views and sunsets! Unfortunately, it's next to a public park where many homeless gather 24/7. When we arrived, there was a man sleeping in the bushes on our property. To make it worse, there are no window coverings on the park-facing side of this townhouse, which made us very uneasy, especially at night with lights on. Also, there is no A/C in this unit, which brings the geckos indoors. In the morning, there is gecko poop all over the bathroom and kitchen counters. I would not recommend.
