Kaiser is a good clinic but can be difficult to find parking when its busy

Great staff but kaiser permanente is run by a horrible and awful decision making people. Refuse to do check up on my kids. ( was never given a reason). Paid for my own medical but was refused service several times. Refuse to hand me paper work but is willing to mail it for a 20 dollar charge. Phone lines are always hour long wait times. I recommend anybody else but this company

Dr Sunil Desai is the worst. He is my father’s primary care physician. First off, Desai is unable to remember anything about my father between visits. More recently Desai has been unable to even fill out medical forms with my fathers correct medications when given two weeks to do so. While filling out these forms, Desai was unable to follow simple large font instructions.
