Jason Garcia was exemplary 10/10. Since the moment we arrived till when we signed, he made us feel at ease. I was a little nervous at first, being that it was my first time buying a used car. He was very thorough through the whole process. We were a little hesitant knowing that the manufacturer warranty would end soon on the Mazda we were eyeing, however he informed us about the fantastic Platinum Warranty Hertz offers! Jason listened to my needs and helped me find the right car at the right price. He patiently worked with me to find financing on my terms. I was told by my stepmother that Hertz sells used cars so I did some research and found exactly what I was looking for. The prices are the best in town! "No haggle". Walked into the office and was greeted by Jason. He was awesome to work with. Super nice guy- was up front with me from the beginning. I never felt like I was being pressured. First of all, Hertz Car Sales has a great selection of quality used cars, with low miles, up to date maintenance and are priced to sell.

Secondly, the service is beyond incredible! Arlene and Gabriel were great to work with. I never felt unsure or uneasy about anything. I was always in contact with Arlene during the entire process, even on her days off. I mean, who does that? That is outstanding service!

Lastly, If you are not buying your next used car through Hertz Car Sales Maui, then you are not getting the best possible service that you deserve as a consumer.

I needed a car for use in Hawaii. Instead of arriving, renting a car, and driving around looking for a used car a friend recommended Hertz Car Sales. I went online and saw several cars that I was interested in. The car was a 2015 model with low miles and the price was lower that the Kelly Blue Book value. I reserved the car for the day I arrived and about a week before Jason Garcia contacted me. He was very professional and explained the process. Upon arrival the car was there, detailed and with a full tank of gas. I drove the car for 3 days, decided to purchase the car and Jason sent me the paperwork to fill out. During that 3 days I had several questions and Jason was always there on the phone to answer them. He even answered the phone on his day off. The whole process was seamless and a hassle free way of buying a car. I would recommend Hertz Car Sales to anyone interested in a used car and if purchasing the car in Hawaii, contact Jason.

A friend suggested I check them out and I had the good fortune of connecting with Clyde. He's super helpful, super friendly, and not pushy at all. He made the car buying experience pleasurable, and gave me a really good deal. I highly recommend him and buying a used car from Hertz on Maui.

I bought a new-used Nissan at a price I could actually afford, and I love it! Above all I loved the confident, no pressure, no stress experience I had with Jason, the sales consultant. He went above and beyond to answer my questions in person, via email and even text. He was laid back and personable and even asked the corporate headquarters about lowering the price for me (per my request ). He is very sincere, down to earth, and knowledgeable. Not once did he ever make us feel uncomfortable or put any pressure on us. We felt at ease, as it should be. If you're looking to buy a car, I recommend Hertz and definitely ask for Jason.

It's been about two weeks since we bought our car from Hertz and we couldn't be any happier!

I got into a pretty bad car accident last september and spent the last year working and saving up money to buy another car. I've spent the last few months going from site to site, dealer to dealer, comparing used vehicles. To my dismay, even after 2 months of searching, I couldn't find a car that fit my needs. Until one day, I stumbled across the Hertz Car Sales Maui site and thought, "Why not take a look?". After 2 minutes of browsing through their online inventory, I was able to find several cars I took interest in. I immediately inquired about my desired vehicle via email and to my surprise, I received a response from Jason the very next day. I was happy to know that the car I inquired about was still available and Jason was very kind and helpful. I had told my parents about the car and they went to check it out while I was at work. Upon their arrival, they were greeted by a familiar face, Clyde-- who just so happened to be the one that sold them their car back in 2005. He was very friendly and welcoming, and it gave everyone a sense of comfort knowing that we were dealing with someone we were already accustomed to. Clyde was up-front with everything. He was honest when it came to the car's condition and demonstrated the highest level of aloha while maintaining professionalism. Not once did I nor my parents feel pressured to make any kind of irrational decisions. The entire process was fast and hassle free, and I was able to take my new car home in 2 days. The experience I have gotten from Hertz Car Sales was the best service ever. I was in need of a car and with the excellent service I got from Jason Garcia, I got a car I always wanted. I got a 2014 Nissan Altima with low mileage, excellent condition, and to top it off a very good deal with very low payments. How awesome is that. My car was just a year old too. People think they don't want to buy a used rental car because of the word " rental". But the best part of all of this is that you can choose what car you want from their list of models they have. If your car is out on rental, Jason calls you to let you see the car. If you are not satisfied with it, you get to choose another one like I did. I actually took one right off the parking lot of the Hertz Rent a Car lot and it was not even yet to be released to sell. How awesome is that. So before you head out there and think of buying a brand new car, stop by first to see Jason Garcia and see what he can do for you. You will never regret it.

I have bought a number of cars over the years and this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. The rent-to-buy option for our 2015 Nissan Altima could not have been any easier. The car is in beautiful shape. We love it. The price was significantly less than any dealer we looked at on the Big Island. Not to mention, everything was done quickly and efficiently online and through FedEx.
