Just purchased a car from Kihei Auto Sales and received the best customer service possible. Byron was extremely polite over the phone setting up an appointment and incredibly welcoming when I arrived at the dealership! Upon looking at the initial car I wanted, Byron showed me other options and even recommended the same model of the original car in a different color, even though it was priced thousands of dollars less. After a brisk test drive of the other car I was extremely excited to purchase! Byron truly cared more about finding me a vehicle that I would enjoy rather than trying to take my money. The process was super quick as I really only spent about an hour in total at the dealership (Including my test drives). Throughout the process, Byron did not fail to make sure I was comfortable, offering refreshments and cracking polite jokes here and there. The entire crew was very kind and respectful as even when Byron was in the office, his colleagues talked story with me while I waited. Even the pet cat on the porch was such a gentleman! Not once did I ever feel awkward or nervous while purchasing my car. Byron even filled my
gas tank for me! Overall, I am amazed by the quality of the vehicle selection at Kihei Auto Sales, and I am grateful that I purchased my car from Byron who is exceptionally trustworthy and knowledgeable. Once the paperwork was complete and I left the dealership, Byron was even kind enough to follow up with me! Have high expectations for Kihei Auto Sales as you will not be disappointed :)

My lady and I have been using the bus for 2 years now. We finally decided to break that cycle and we wanted something like an all-rounder(obviously 4x4 if you living on an island). We both decided we wanted a Jeep and a Jeep we got. Thanks to Byron, he was really polite and courteous in an ohana kinda way. Loved the energy from the rest of the KAS crew too. We did go through some mechanical problems after a week of using the Jeep but Byron made it his priority to make up for it and he did an exceptional job at that too. This is my second car purchased at kihei auto sale and through Frank Lopez because he is just really knowledgeable , honest , offers the best customer service always and have the most fun personality , he should have his own comedy show on the top of being the best car salesperson !! He found me my dream cars and guided/educated me through so many details about the cars and my financing options. Everybody else there is super friendly and professional but yea Frank is my favorite ! I always feel that I am in good hands and that he got my back ! The very best of the best car dealership. The very best car dealership I’ve been to out of all the others I’ve been to on Maui. The dealership service is really great and amazing. They’ve been so generous and helpful in buying a car for me and I’m really surprised, satisfied, and very thankful for all they do to get a new car. Wonderful dealership in Kihei! Contacted in December about a Jeep I was interested in and Byron called me same day and got me scheduled to check out their inventory. From start to finish the entire team was extremely profession and helpful -- I was a first time car buyer and they helped me every step of the way. I wanted to find an Orange Tacoma, I am from the Big Island, and couldn't find one here that I liked... Saw the perfect one, but it was on Maui... Took a chance and called, Bryon answered and gave me all the info I needed, he made the buying and shipping process really easy.. let me tell you that I bought this truck without looking at it...
